>brekky
Ground beef and rice with eggs, topped with feta cheese. I drink low fat milk with it. After I finish it I eat 2 oranges >Post worky
Latte and another 2 oranges >Dindin
Same as brekky but instead of eggs I have a bit of liver.
It's around 10 euros per kilo but the crumbles that break and would be thrown away are sold at like 6.50 so I buy those whenever available.
I've never seen anyone else do that, mom tells me that it's considered a poor people thing to buy the crumbles but it's literally the same food
I like it on pasta that's covered in olives and anchovies and olive oil. Gets a bit salty though. Might be the first pasta I have once my cut is done. I'd like it other ways of course that's just the meal I usually make with it. Made some greek cheese pastries with it once to. That was lovely.

That pasta recipe sounds extremely Mediterranean yet I've never heard of something similar.
Chovies are nice but I don't think they would go well with pasta.

I love anchovies in pasta. Especially the rolled ones that come with capers. I devised it to be something mediterranean but I'm American so I don't really have actual experience it just sounded good and tastes good. Maybe I have genetic memory. I am descended from Italian nobility a little bit after all.
You're vastly underestimating the time, money and effort necessary. Goats like to be little shits, they are smart enough to understand what you want from them and won't comply on principle. And you will have to milk them every day. Every single day. Also feta is an especially time consuming cheese to make. If you want to go through with keeping goats, just make soft cheese or salted hard cheese. Trust me.
Does eating a big breakfast give you more energy throughout the day? I need a lot more energy because I'm tired most of the time and want to get up early and work out in the morning. Is there some sort of shake or smoothie I can make in the morning that will keep me going? Also just general tips on energy levels I guess.
Highly individual. It has to do with your blood sugar curve and how your body handles various macros.
Some people do great with a big early breakkie, some people need to limit carbs in the morning, and some people do great fasting until noon or beyond.
For me, any oats or bread in the morning will spike my blood sugar and then crash me out. I stick to fruit and only after I’ve had prot and fat (eggs and whey). However some other lads eat 2+ cups oats and feel godly.
You have to play around and see what works for you.
That's what I found too. Some logic might say high carb in the morning for energy throughout the day but that just made me sleepy. Steak, chicken or a hamburger in the morning? I'm good all day.
It changes. I know how to cook healthy food so I just go by what i feel like.
Today I didn't do anything overly complicated so, pretty good for you since you can replicate it easily.
For breakfast I had an 80g porterhouse, salad (snacking peppers, cherry tomatoes, kale and spinach leaves, balsamic dressing), and pan fried cup Mushrooms. My breakfast is usually some variation of this, the day before I had eggs and toast instead of salad, the day before I had no steak, eggs, beans, mushrooms, day before that salad, mushrooms eggs toast, pretty typical breakfast.
Between breakfast and lunch I'll usually have some fruit. Lately I've been making banana + mango + pineapple + Greek yoghurt smoothies, but today I just had some fruit salad with mandarin, watermelon, rockmelon, and some other melon, cantaloupe probably. Day before it was blueberries and strawberries.
Today for lunch I made my Sunday soup (I usually have soup with lunch every day, and prepare a big batch every Sunday). It has Italian soup mix (lentils and beans and shit), onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, vegetable stock, tinned tomatoes. Had some of that with some soup. Normally I'd have some kind of fancy salad with it, like a caeser, or something with roasted almonds, or a sandwich, but today it's just soup and wholemeal toast cause I'm not that hungry.
I think the best way to approach this stuff is just to learn the general principles of cooking. You can start with recipes, or you can start with a book like "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" which will give you a good idea about broader principles.
Ignore the labels like "pre-bed". That's shit I haven't refigured, and the "snack" winds up being consumed throughout the day but mainly as a post-workout shake
Micronutrient spread for anyone interested. The only thing I'm deficient in is vitamin E (get D from the sun, or supplement during winter). Also, I take 2 drops of iodine in the morning hence the insane percentage there.
AYO dis nigguh drinking almond milk and eating psyllium hulk
Almond milk is part of the overnight oats. But yes
I eat >tons of vegetables >tons of fruit >organic, heirloom grains
I don't eat fish because of mercury. I don't eat meat because it's not healthy and I'm not an unenlightened barbarian that condones industrial animal torture.
I don't have a "meal plan" because I'm also not an autist.
You know that lower food chain fish don't really have a mercury problem. I don't think freshwater fish tend to either. Besides that meat generally is supposed to be healthy but you're right about the industrial farming which also makes the meat less healthy. I mean a lot of fatty meat especially pork and sometimes beef straight up tastes contaminated to me.
>lower food chain fish don't really have a mercury problem
Nah that's bullshit. EPA and FDA just changed the upper limit for mercury once they realized that our oceans are completely fucked and can't be solved.
Safety limits used to be 1/10th of what they are now.
>freshwater fish
They are the worst, actually. The mercury from the coal reaches these bodies of water first. Also got tons of plastics and chemical runoff from companies like DuPont. Thanks America.
>meat generally is supposed to be healthy
That's just a cope humans have been telling themselves for ages. We evolved from frugivores and can only digest around 4 oz of meat a day. Your ancestors only ate meat rarely as almost all of us had peasant ancestors. Meat consumption is the driving cause behind heart disease (saturated fat, cholesterol), colon cancer. Dairy is the driving cause behind osteoperosis and breast cancer due to IGF-1 content. It doesn't strengthen bones either, it weakens them due to it's acidity. >I mean a lot of fatty meat especially pork and sometimes beef straight up tastes contaminated to me.
It is. https://youtu.be/Xp0NSIrbu3Y
They feed the hogs straight up rotten food, incinerated to 1000f plastic wrapping and all, then you eat the hog and get poisoned as a result. You can take a microscope and easily see microplastics in the flesh itself.
Eating meat is a bad idea and only blind tradition and muh taste makes us continue to consume it. Vegans have superior health in every single aspect as proven by numerous studies. The only downside is we have to take a b12 pill once a month (lmao).

No. I am obviously mocking the fact that an American cooking a basic meal is considered a noteworthy achievement and worthy of being paraded around the internet.

Yes, I am angry at the fact that white men have become infantilized morons. I am angry at the fact that billions will be rendered sterile by the poison "vaccine" you took for a fake virus. And every last wretched soul responsible for this great atrocity will hang as they rightfully deserve before being cast into the eternal oblivion of Hell.

I'm currently cutting on cca 1300 - 1700 calories per day. The meals get a bit repetitive but they're very filling and high in protein. >breakfast
Fat free quark with seasonal fruit (right now it's peaches and apricots) or bunch of usually hard boiled eggs with some veggies like tomatoes and cucumber. >lunch
Lean meat such as chicken breast, pork chops or pork tenderloin fried on high heat in small amount of olive oil with boiled veggies or salad as side dish. My favorites are broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans and spinach. I also eat fish once or twice a week and chicken liver every 2-3 weeks. >dinner
Similar kind of meal as lunch. If I'm out of meat I make fisherman's egg with added tomatoes or more quark with fruit. >snacks
If I get hungry randomly I'll have a few apricots or bowl of blueberries or whatever other fruit I have.
I will share 2 of my main meals. >Pancakes:
4 eggs, put them into a mixer, mix for ~15s.
80-100g of oatmeal, add them on top of the mixed eggs in the mixer, mix for ~30s or until the oats have turned to dust.
If the mix is still not viscous, add more oats, mix again.
After the mix is relatively viscous, add a whole banana and pour in some milk, mix again.
Then add some flour if the mix is too liquidy.
Pour the mix in a pan - you should get around 2-3 pancakes, of course depends on how big you make them but you should avoid making them too thick/big.
>Eggs with rice:
cooking spray, 4 eggs in a pan.
2 cups of rice, you will most likely figure out how much you need to add based on what you see, just make sure that the rice to egg ratio is like 5 to 1.
Take a bell pepper, cut 1/4th of it into small pieces, same with an onion, except you cut 1/2 of it into small pieces.
Put the onion and the bell pepper into the pan.
(forgot to mention you should be stirring quite a bit)
Once it looks like its almost done cooking, add some onions sauce, cook it for a bit longer and it should be ready to eat.
