Mine does that. It's fine. If you have no pain, swelling or loss of function it's not a tear.

I mean, see a doctor for sure because I'm OBVIOUSLY by being here not qualified to give advice, but I've had the same thing happen to a lesser degree but it went away via: rest, hydration, vitamins, eating a big carb+protein mean with rest (again). Magnesium is probably good too, for relaxing your muscle fibers.
I think you're just growing and need good water, food, and rest.

U r probably fine I have a similar dent in the wrong place in my tricep. You probably tore it or were born fucked up and it's showing now that you have muscle. It isn't bruised or anything so it's fresh.
Go to a doc if it gets worse otherwise it is probably just a defect
