Strive for an overall strong and healthy physique, and listen to your body and be critical of yourself throughout your journey. If you’re lacking in some areas, adjust your routine to build up your weaknesses >having a hard time not leaning forward when squatting, gotta build my core more to hit this next milestone >upper chest looks a little lacking, need to do more incline work >going heavy load this week, should probably carb up a little more >etc.
It’s a continuous journey of self improvement to be the best version of yourself. And that mindset of being constructive and honest to yourself for the purpose of self improvement will carryover to all areas of your life.
