Daylight saving time ends next week

Does anyone have the ultimate supplement prescription for the winter blues? I usually just call Nov-Feb a loss and use the Comeback motivation in March to recover but I'd rather not be depressed and continue my cut until Christmas. Vitamin D only? A certain multi? Broscience only, please.

I just googled what the fuck winter blues is and holy shit you are retarded. How the fuck could winter possibly make you depressed unless you already are?

Look, sunlight = gains. Less sunlight = less gains. Less gains = not as happy as could be. Catch up

Yeah, I get it, but this minor lack of sunlight is not crucial at all. It seems like some fucking placebo shit. I've never heard of it or felt it. More like I've never felt it BECAUSE I've never heard of it.

I don't feel as good as I do in spring summer and fall because there isn't as much sunlight and it's colder. Post body.

Move to the equator. No winter, and negligible change in daylight length throughout the year.
