Your levels are low-ish. Maybe not low enough for your family doc to prescribe testosterone (since they just look at the reference range), but a TRT clinic will try to get your testosterone to an “optimal” level, along with all other blood markers (free test, estrogen, thyroid, etc). Google what’s in your city - but there’s a ton of online clinics as well.

You are fucking retarded for cutting, you have no muscle and will look bad when you do cut, but you won't have the discipline to stick it out bc you think you're so small, so you'll bulk, then you'll feel too fat, so you cut. Viscous cycle and you'll stay skinny fat. Go on a 400 caloric surplus and lift until 1/2/3/4 x 5 reps.

Lifting pretty consistently for about 3 or 4 years, but really just put on serious mass in the past year. Calorie intake is probably between 2200-2800 daily. I do a lot of at home protein smoothies tho between meals. Training can sometimes get inconsistent tho, I’m in the military so my schedule gets beyond my control.

Good job on the weight loss. Now you need to do a slow bulk. You don't have enough muscle mass to keep cutting so even if you lose another 20 theres a high likelihood you still won't see abs. Instead do a small surplus- about half a pound to a pound of weight gain per week. You're new so you'll build muscle crazy fast and may even lean out just by virtue of improving your muscle to fat ratio.

If you start gaining more than .5-1lb/week then cut back by 200cal/day till you get back into that range. And make sure you take into account the average weight of your entire week- don't let day to day fluctuation throw you off course. Also your weight will jump when you start bulking but thats just water and it'll stabilize pretty quickly. So yeah bulking is basically cutting in reverse. Yep and thinking about your situation (coming off of a cut) I'd actually suggest maintaining/recomping for as many weeks as you were cutting before hopping on the bulk. Dieting does weird shit to your hormones so jumping straight from deficit to surplus oftentimes leads to unnecessary fat regain just by virtue of your body wanting to replenish fat stores. You need to make your current weight the new equilibrium point to avoid that happening.

Maybe not low enough for your family doc to prescribe testosterone (since they just look at the reference range), but a TRT clinic will try to get your testosterone to an “optimal” level, along with all other blood markers (free test, estrogen, thyroid, etc). Google what’s in your city - but there’s a ton of online clinics as well.

Something I've noticed is that my left arm is noticeably weaker than my right. For example while doing 5x10 curls, my left bicep starts to fatigue after 6 reps, whereas my right bicep could probably go to 13-14. How can I fix this? I only ever train symmetrically.

Lifting pretty consistently for about 3 or 4 years, but really just put on serious mass in the past year. Calorie intake is probably between 2200-2800 daily. I do a lot of at home protein smoothies tho between meals. Training can sometimes get inconsistent tho, I’m in the military so my schedule gets beyond my control.

Good job on the weight loss. Now you need to do a slow bulk. You don't have enough muscle mass to keep cutting so even if you lose another 20 theres a high likelihood you still won't see abs. Instead do a small surplus- about half a pound to a pound of weight gain per week. You're new so you'll build muscle crazy fast and may even lean out just by virtue of improving your muscle to fat ratio.

If you start gaining more than .5-1lb/week then cut back by 200cal/day till you get back into that range. And make sure you take into account the average weight of your entire week- don't let day to day fluctuation throw you off course. Also your weight will jump when you start bulking but thats just water and it'll stabilize pretty quickly. So yeah bulking is basically cutting in reverse. If you can do one you can do the other.

Yep and thinking about your situation (coming off of a cut) I'd actually suggest maintaining/recomping for as many weeks as you were cutting before hopping on the bulk. Dieting does weird shit to your hormones so jumping straight from deficit to surplus oftentimes leads to unnecessary fat regain just by virtue of your body wanting to replenish fat stores. You need to make your current weight the new equilibrium point to avoid that happening.
