Cube life

How to get IST when there's no time to work out?
I work from 7 am to 7 pm sometimes even more, while my job is sedentary, I walk a lot sometimes more than 10000 steps.
And by that time I'm to tired to go to gym.
What to do?

You add a few steps to get to the gym then do the most efficient routine for 45min that you can find and go home and sleep.

I'm curious what is the most efficient?

I dunno, probably that circle of machines for fatties and old people. Try doing some research on your own for once in your miserable gay life.

Full time employment should be no more than 32 hours. The diminishing marginal productivity beyond that doesn't outweight the societal negatives.

I used to do a basic 20 pound dumbbell routine in my office cubicle throughout the day until I got brought to an HR meeting about coworkers saying I was making them uncomfortable by exercising. So I sued and basically I do actually have a right to exercise at work so the company could either pay for a gym or pay me a nice settlement. Wells the office space wouldn’t allow them to zone a gym for insurance reasons so I got a nice 200k payday.

You have 12 hours between shifts. Assuming you sleep 8 hours, there’s a unaccounted 4 hours you have each day. Let’s say you have 2 hours for getting ready and commuting to work. You have 2 hours for gym. Find the closest gym and workout. You already don’t have a life working 12 hours so might as well throw in the gym

One hour to get to the gym one hour to get back from the gym.

He’s lying to give himself an excuse not to go. No need to play into his delusions, just call him a pathetic loser and move on

when i was in a similar situation i brought kettlebells in my car and worked out in the parking garage after work. it also happened to be that an extra 45 minute workout at the end of the day let traffic clear out enough to take my commute down from 50 to 25-30 minutes so it was like a got a full workout in in only 20-25 minutes.

Losing some sleep for the 3-4 days a week you work is infinitely preferable to doing nothing. I pack two meals (one for "lunch" and another for ~2 hours before I leave) and preworkout, it doesn't affect me sleep at all since I'm pooped by the time I'm done.
Whenever you're feeling tired just remember this webm and that WAGMI.
