The effect of pushing at a distance levers about your shoulder skeletal joint, so you would be supporting the full weight on one shoulder joint, however you wouldn't be lifting it with just one hand as the hand pushing down will accelerate the barbel upwards reducing the required force needed. Its hard to say exactly numbers wise, but you could theoretically hit a 50 50 weight distribution with one side pushing and one pulling
Stand over the heavy side like a landmine then pull the bar up so the light side is in the air then lay the bar on my chest so light side is above my head and heavy side between my legs then squat the heavy side up by grabbing both sides of the plates like a goblet squat.
don't you just hold as close to the end as possible
Hold heavy side underhand, hold light side overhand and “push” the light side down. Deadlift. Easy money.
you'd be lifting 180lbs+bar with just one hand then.

>slips a disk
That's how Dick York was injured.
You lift the bar with one arm halfway between the heavy side and the centre of the bar.
>face perpendicular to the bar with it between your legs
>place both hands as close to the heavy side as possible
easy
Simply calculate the center of mass, which is 3/10 the length from the center of the 4plate to the 1plate stack. Hold centered at that point and lift.
My bad it's 1/4 not 3/10
Lift with one arm instead of two and problem solved. Learn physics
doesn't work
yeah easy, the trick is you do it one handed
Do a double jump in the air
I'd stand the barbell between my legs, kinda row the heavy side up and then straighten my knees for the light side to rise
Just stand with the bar between your legs, heavy side in front of you and cheat row it. Ez.
you have to get both sides up as you stand straight up, like a dead-lift or it doesn't count.

>fuck your back for $100
no thanks.
