Considering that I only consume chicken, broccoli, and protein powder, I feel like I'm lacking a great deal of micronutrients.

Considering that I only consume chicken, broccoli, and protein powder, I feel like I'm lacking a great deal of micronutrients. Would taking a multivitamin cover my bases?

You're a retard. Why are you doing a suicide cut? You're going to end up deficient in micros not just because of low content but even with the multivitamin added you won't be absorbing the fat soluble vitamins. OMAD with only chicken and broccoli is so fucking stupid. Jesus anon

4 shakes with milk should have enough fat right?

You should take Multivitamins regardless of what you eat. Don't listen to the diet shills here, MVs are meant to cover anything you don't get in your diet and supplement everything you do.

To add to this, make sure your MV also has recommended minerals in them as well. They cost a little more but it's worth it.

No, but it would help a bit.
You'd still lack cofactors and similar shit.
You should take a multi along with a variety of vegetables, your already eating broccoli, just rotate in-season fresh vegs.

what kind of weak sickly homosexual cant digest a tiny little vitamin pill?
A billion people around the world take them every day with no problems and you're here warning people that they "dont digest"?
This board is full of such weak little anime-watching beta homosexuals its sickening

you didnt say they have low bio-availability, you said they dont digest. Two completely different things.
You're wrong anyway because they are bio-available.

I probably spend $2000 on supplements per year. Single ingredient vitamin pills, protein powders, creatine, casein, collagen, preworkout, etc…

It’s the cost of feeling good and looking good.

make sure you're not only getting your vitamins but also minerals and all that good stuff

Something is better than nothing but most multivitamins don't have a high enough dosage of any one vitamin or mineral to make a significant impact on anything. Multivitamins aren't a replacement for a good diet, if they were we would have stopped eating food ages ago. If you're deficient in something buy that vitamin or mineral and supplement it.
Otherwise just fucking eat food, you're allowed to eat more than just chicken and broccoli on a cut.

I was taking these daily and it eventually gave me a little bit of shoulder and back acne because it has a retarded amount of vitamin b6 in it
It’s been a week of not taking them anymore and nearly all my acne is gone

It's better than nothing. Depending on how long your cut is you maybe want to have a tin of deenz, a spoonful of evoo or a ribeye now and then, but whatever.
