His point is that none of the plants we regularly eat existed for the majority of our existence on this planet. Except maybe berries or something. But even if you eat every variety of plant you're going to be malnourished unless you take supplements.
>unless
even if you do take supplements, you'll still be malnourished. you just won't flat-out die.
https://www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M18-2478 >Association Among Dietary Supplement Use, Nutrient Intake, and Mortality Among U.S. Adults >Adequate intake (at or above the Estimated Average Requirement or the Adequate Intake level) of vitamin A, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc, and copper was associated with reduced all-cause or CVD mortality, but the associations were restricted to nutrient intake from foods.
>even if you do take supplements, you'll still be malnourished. you just won't flat-out die.
What does that even mean? Where does it say in that study that you aren't absorbing the nutrients from supplements?

it means intake of those nutrients was only associated with benefit when it was coming from foods not supplements.

My dude I literally greentexted the part of the study that says exactly that. >what is the difference between being malnourished & being dead from malnourishment?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malnutrition
>World Health Organization says this may in part be linked to the ways such meats are typically cooked. Grilling, frying,
broiling and other high-temperature cooking methods can create cancer-promoting chemicals.

Dang... Reading this I can only pity you. Just wow

>red meat is proven to be carcinogenic
lol, nobody tell him
Long term carnivore diet causes liver disease due to the high iron content in red meat and organ meat. Frank Tufano talked about the severe heart palpitations and insomnia he got. Go ahead and poison your organs you retarted contrarians.
I eat almost exclusively red meat for protein and my blood levels for iron are normal, frank tufano is a schizo who probably roided and lied about it, hates working out, and ate insane amounts of liver and other organ meats with high iron content (as well as taking accutane, literal poison).
>iron is bad for you >said anon living in a country where most people are anemic >said anon whose blood is made of iron >said anon, citing some e-celeb who probably took steroids and did a long-term keto diet (completely unrelated to this thread)
lol
>former vegan >recovered carnivotard >saw the bullshit of keto (as a lifestyle) >healthy >looks way younger >actually post body
This guy is legit. I wouldn't follow his advice because I like veggies but he is easily the only guy on YouTube with zero bullshit
I don't know who that is but I just looked at a picture of him and he's clearly on steroids. If you're on steroids, your diet advice is worthless, no exceptions.
I don't watch the guy but Goatis is someone an anon recommended a while back. He seems to have no agenda and is just making videos for fun. I don't know anything about him or his views though since I don't watch him, but he gives me that vibe based on a 2 minute clip I watched of him a few months ago.
Isn't this the guy who is literally deteriorating as we speak? He looks extremely thin and talks like he's on drugs. Also there is nothing wrong with Oats if you properly prepare them, white people have evolved to perfectly digest Grains.
Why avoid dairy? You should have inherited the ability to digest it from whichever parent was white unless you got unlucky. And even if you can't, stuff like cheese should still be fine to eat anyway since it's pretty low in lactose already.
you don't have to eat borax to get a couple grams of boron in your diet. You don't need to supplement or eat for boron at all. If you are so desperate for a tiny drop of test you should just save yourself the money and inject it.
>cut milk and gluten because inflammation and skin problems >eat meat and fruit for weeks >feel great but get bad skin again >add in some vegetables to cut back the sugar >skin gets worse
I. CAN'T. DIGEST.
Just cut out the fruits and veggies. Go pure carnivore for 60 days as an elimination diet, find your baseline with that very limited pool of foods, then add in new foods slowly to see how your body reacts to them. The most common one people do is BBBE (Beef, Butter, Bacon, Eggs) but some people like to go even further with only beef and butter.
I have psoriasis and I find that any amount of fruit, veggies, or grains flares it up, but your mileage may vary. It can be a long process to figure this shit out but it's worth it, only you can figure out what your body can and can't digest without issue, and elimination diets are the best way to accomplish that.
>Carnivore + fruits + honey is the way. Don’t forget to eat your oats chuds
Carnivore - fruits - honey. And dont forget to throw away your oats, planteater fatties
"Filter" is a bad word to use and doesn't capture the role of any organ, because it implies that molecules get trapped in that organ (like an air filter). Your liver detoxifies (i.e. destroys) molecules in the bloodstream that aren't native. This could be anything from toxins (deadly) to phytonutrients (deadly or having no effect, but never proven to be beneficial). The human liver is much stronger than a dog's, that's why we can eat chocolate, for instance, and not die like a dog or cat would.
The kidneys move toxins & byproducts of metabolism (like oxalates, a byproduct of urine production in humans and found in spinach functioning to store calcium) out of your blood and into your urine. I wouldn't really use the word "filter" to describe it because, again, nothing is getting stored or trapped in your kidneys.
Yes, eating should release dopamine in your body because you should enjoy eating and actively seek to do it. This is a completely separate topic from artificially-crafted foods designed with high palatability and low nutrition, because this thread is about highly nutritious whole foods. Please post your neuroscience or psychology degree if you disagree.

what a fucking retard
Basically paleo minus the tubors. I found a good paper on hunter gatherer dietary intake and it's something like 60% meat, 20% fruit, 10% potato 2% honey 2% seeds 2% cocks etc etc. Some groups, like the Hadza/hazda whatever eat all of their carbs as honey, like almost 800 calories a day in honey. They all eat a lot of meat. Hunter gatherers are the healthiest population on the entire planet, with the exception of their high infant and accidental and infectious mortality rates (obviously not dietary problems). They also likely reflect a bioevolutionary snapshot into what our species has been eating for hundreds of thousands of years which, at the very least, you can say is a diet which we have adapted to. Their fiber intake is astronomical, like twice our reccomended ideal intake.
Now logically, you can eat whatever as long as it works. Naturalistic fallacy and all that. But I think its hard to beat a hunter gatherer diet. I eat bread because I'm still poor-ish and fresh fruit and veg is expensive when done 24/7.
>I eat bread because I'm still poor-ish and fresh fruit and veg is expensive when done 24/7.
Drop the bread. Buy eggs, buy raw dairy from a local farm. There you go, problem solved.
The hadza case is flawed because they are not at all eating their historical foods, they used to eat a lot more game animals but their hunting range was reduced massively by the government. They have to come up with creative ways to find food, and they also raid farmer land for crops.
>Their fiber intake is astronomical
They literally chew on it and spit it out
Mostly fruit with honey, collagen, and small amounts of lean meat to hit protein goals (+ supplemental organ meats) is where I've ended up after many years of exhaustive research and self-experimentation.
>I think its hard to beat a hunter gatherer diet
This is how literally all humans lived prior to the past 10,000 years so it really shouldn't come as a surprise.
Just for the convenience. I make bone broths when I have the time but it's a lot quicker to just toss a couple scoops of collagen into a fruit smoothie.
>believes in evolution and enzymes >believes modern man evolved over hundreds of thousands of years at least >believes the species appropriate diet for said man is a modern vegan diet made possible by advances in industry and transportation within the last 50 years >believes past humans would forego calorie dense meat in favor of grass juiced in their rock blenders >believes humans hunted animals for their fur only and left everything else alone
Either that, or the second take is that humans before agriculture were frail and diseased constantly which also makes zero fucking sense and the evidence all points in the opposite direction. But there is no point trying to convince people like this you are wasting your breath on them.
none of the plant foods that people eat today, none, existed then. they ate tubers and tart fruit. most of their calories came from what they could hunt
grains, seeds, and fruit would all be seasonal and not eaten at all during ice ages. before the agricultural revolution it would likely be a minuscule portion of the diet. the effort required to process grains isnt worth it much easier to just go hunt an elephant that will feed you and your tribe for days
>ice ages
barely any humans lived in those times so that's irrelevant, and most of if not all of them were in warmer areas, not up north >pic
Okinawans used to have a diet that was 95%+ of their calories from plant foods and they were the longest living population on the planet and they still are one of the most centenarian people on earth >for days

False. Same goes for le mediterranean diet, both ate pork and lard and copious amounts too, not 95% veggies like some retards seem to think they did and they fed most of their sweet potatoes to the pigs, only after ww2 did they have to resort to eating literal pig food.
Links aren't arguments. Your first paper isn't even the full text and has nothing to do with this conversation. Your second paper says that Okinawans eat fish and pork. It would take like 1 piece of bacon and 1 fish fillet to make your assertion of "95%+ calories from plant foods" wrong lol.

Both hardened plaques likely elevated Ötzi's risk of a stroke >But somehow, scientists had never analyzed his teeth before. So Ruhli and his colleagues used a CT scanner to analyze the condition of Ötzi's teeth. They found that the ancient farmer had several cavities, likely caused by his carbohydrate-rich diet. >Ötzi also showed severe wear of his tooth enamel and severe gum disease. Hard minerals in milled grains abraded the surface of his teeth and gums, exposing the bone below and making the roots loose. Similar wear-and-tear is found in the teeth of Egyptian mummies who ate milled grains, Ruhli said.
Otzi was in awful health. He had the worst of both worlds, eating lots of incredibly rich, fatty animal food and a lot of refined grains too.
Before they could hunt they would scavenge from carcasses, break the bones open and eat the calorie dense nutrient dense marrow. I am not saying they didn't eat root tubers, nuts, berries and things like that but in the wild those things don't grow on thousand acre monocrop installations so it would be pretty difficult for group of 40-60 humans to meat their caloric intake on just those foods. You are in a cult.
nuts are one of the most calorie dense foods you can find, they are typically 40-70% fat and the remainder protein. they fall from trees, and in the primordial past when humans weren't cutting down trees, the giant trees covering the landscape could absolutely feed largish groups of humans.
BTW there's absolutely no indication that the early proto-hominids you're referring to lived in groups as large as 40-80
Trees don't grow in homogeneous uniform orchards and nuts/seeds aren't readily available 24/7 365. But yes if they could get them they would eat them obviously. Just like they would scavenge corpses and eat the remainder like I said. Eventually down the line they would move on to hunting proper (they didn't just kill the animal to wear the fur)
They would likely not have scavenged corpses, as humans dont have the requisite bacteria and autonomy to deal with rancid meat and the accruing feeding organisms like maggots and such, as lions and others do.

lol what are you talking about? homo sapiens (AKA humans who looked like humans who had the mental capacities of humans) have been around for hundreds of thousands of years.
Chicken feet + water + some apple cider vinegar + salt = the best bone broth
Any beef for slow-cooking with whatever starch you want (potatoes, whatever).
Chicken thighs with whatever seasoning you want. I like to do it southeast Asian style (onions sauce and white vinegar) and serve with rice.
I do all of these in a pressure cooker and they are incredibly easy to do and you can make so many calories in one session. I guess it would work in a crockpot, but I frankly don't know because I only use a pressure cooker (and a frying pan for other things).

Honey is just carbohydrates. Literally sugar with no benefits than being a carbohydrate.
The whole thing is just a cheap-effort marketing campaign to sell new hot stuff to dimwits. Hustle culture that is seeping into healthcare and nutrition. >putting honey on meat
Idk, i know there is a dish called Samurai's Sword - basically Hispaniced chicken glazed with honey. Never had it, dont care for most of pretentious stuff like that. I just like Hispaniced (apple, pepper/chilli) sausages. Maybe there are honey-glazed sausages, but why the fuck would you mix savoury taste of cooked meat with sweetness of honey.
>Honey is just carbohydrates. Literally sugar with no benefits than being a carbohydrate.
False. How egotistical does someone have to be to think they can reduce a whole food down to a single macronutrient? It's like saying "beef jerky is literally just amino acids" or "butter is literally just saturated fat." Both of which are retarded statements. The world isn't defined by your limited knowledge.
Honey acts completely differently than sugar. It affects blood sugar levels differently, it has different satiation, it's even good for your teeth.

Now how would swirling "literally sugar" around your mouth actually be beneficial for your teeth? Hmm maybe you are missing something, anon.
Absolutely based. Honey's antimicrobial enzymes (glucose oxidase, invertase, catalase, diastase, peroxidase) probably BTFO the H. pylori in your stomach.
Note for the other anon: none of those are found in white sugar btw.
No doubt. Kills pathogenic microbes everywhere it goes, lowers blood sugar, probably fucking cures cancer, it's great. I make huge bulk purchases of raw honey to save money and have something like 40 pounds of honey on hand at the moment.
I'm not sure, but I would think so. Heating may denature those enzymes. It's hard to find good honey at grocery stores, but if you just look for two things you'll always get good honey: "Raw" and "Made in the USA." Lots of honey is made in the USA but not raw or is raw but made out of a blend (and then you can't trust it, because "raw" could mean anything in Argentina). If you don't do this, you may buy honey that's either directly cut with sugar water or honey made from bees being fed sugar water (and not eating pollen).
Of course, you'll get the best honey from local apiaries. You might find one close to you. These are good websites:

To be clear in case it's not clear: when I'm referring to "sugar," I'm referring to white sugar, which you can reduce down to being a single macronutrient made of 1 thing (pure carbohydrate made only of sucrose), because that's how it's produced (by humans) and refined. Honey is obviously a sugar in the sense that it is a sweet carbohydrate.
Animals in nature don't make highly refined artificial foods like humans do. To compare honey to highly refined white sugar and say it acts exactly the same is goofy.

There is no universal diet that works for all of humanity.
Different genetics = Different diet necessities

I also know people that've been vegan for 10+ years and are perfectly healthy and in good shape
I also know naggers that eat copious amounts of sugar and are ripped and have like 5%bf
Genetics ARE a thing when it comes to dieting and it's results
I love meat and dairy, but I eat a steak with ZERO carbs / fiber next to it, I have a little extra trouble digesting it
>lions all eat the same diet >rabbits all eat the same diet >seals all eat the same diet >eagles all eat the same diet >NOO EVERY HUMAN IS A UNIQUE SNOWFLAKE AND WHATS RIGHT FOR YOU MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT FOR THE NEXT GUY
This is easily the dumbest post in this thread >10 year vegans perfectly healthy
lol lmao >naggers at 5% body fat because genetics
Roids you fucking mong
I'm glad we can all pause and agree this is the stupidest post ITT.
>vegans in good shape
The last vegan I saw had dreadlocks and looked ghoulish. He also was so void of life that the person hanging out with him "thought he hated him" lol. And this makes sense because, as we all know and as The Science has shown, vegans are devoid of critical micronutrients necessary for proper brain function (if anyone wants source, let me know, I'll provide it). >bad diet, 5% bodyfat, black... genetics??
the other anon pointed out the obvious so I won't, but this gave me a hearty kek >i have a little trouble digesting a steak...
This lying homosexual has never ate steaks by themselves in his whole life over the course of a multiple day period. Again, The Science (and common sense) has already shown us that a ZERO (0 as in none at all) fiber diet allows for a PERFECTLY functioning digestive system. Again am happy to provide source for this.
There is no system in your entire body that needs "unprocessable roughage" to function perfectly. Not your lungs, not your kidneys, not your brain. But NPCs across the world are brainwashed into thinking it applies to our GI tract.
I don't understand your ambiguous philosophical post. Is something unclear about my post? I think (based on plentiful evidence as well as common sense) that your GI tract can function perfectly (optimally) with zero fiber i.e. optimal digestive health with no fiber. I also think your GI tract can function perfectly with some fiber i.e. optimal health with some fiber. Fiber is neither required for function or optimal health.
>I think
You can't insert a flawed premise at the top and then argue like that. Optimal health requires fiber to feed beneficial gut bacteria. Gut bacteria fed by indigestible plant cellulose confer numerous health benefits that are not obtained by eating no roughage at all. These include better immunity, better cognition, mood enhancement improved sleep quality, stronger bones, and on and on. Just because you can poop easily doesn't meant that that diet is optimal
That's the difference between me and you. I assert my knowledge with "I think" because I don't have a God complex.
The worst part is how many specific claims you made with no evidence or even an offering of evidence (which I did do). I understand why, it's because of your God complex. You think evidence is unnecessary.
Here's some tips for you next time: quality is better than quantity. "and on and on" isn't as convincing as "here is my source." The latter makes you look like less of an arrogant closed-minded asshole and more of a person interested in exchanging information in order to learn.
Go ahead and cite some epidemiology using the Standard American Diet as a baseline now so I can laugh at your Dunning-Kruger self some more.

aww, Napoleon is angry that someone called him short. bye bye then.
btw to anyone who's actually curious, let me know and I'll be happy to post scientific evidence of my claims (unlike Napoleon).
Yes, when you burn your meat, the nasty charred bits are bad for you. Most people know this, which is why they don't burn their food. Those cancer-causing charred bits are nasty because your body doesn't want you to eat them.
I can tell you're the same midwit ITT who thinks honey comes from plants lmao. You have 0 life experience. Did you just get home from high school?
Who is they? wtf are you talking about? The carcinogenic things we are talking about are literally the ash you get from burning your food. High temperature doesn't magically turn meat into meat that causes cancer. It turns it into ash, which you shouldn't eat.
Please please use your brain before you make your next post, or just stop posting ITT.
HCAs = ash
PAHs = ash
If your meat isn't ashy, you don't have to worry about these. Because they are ash. Anyone with a brain knows you shouldn't eat ash. You are overthinking it because you think acronyms make you sound smart.
But I'm glad we found common ground on the fact that you shouldn't be eating HCAs or PAHs (because they are ash).
>High temperature doesn't magically turn meat into meat that causes cancer
Yeah. It does. Heating protein/fat foods to cooking temperature created advanced glycation endproducts

>no "oh yeah, those are actually literally ash, and everyone knows eating ash is bad for you. good points anon." >no "ah i see, but what about AGEs, which I talk about in this post?" >no "hm, that's interesting, i'll look into that later. for now, what do you think about this?" >not even a "ur wrong homosexual"
Such a lazy post. What a shame.
No, it's found in cooked meats. Your just as dumb as a bag of fuck.

Yes anon... meat that's cooked at high temperatures for a long time gets ashy... You will find ash in (over)cooked meats... >your dumb

Which is why you cook them lower, just as I said a million times.

Or you can just not burn your food and not eat ash, as I've said a million times lol. Can't we just both agree that you shouldn't eat burnt and/or overcooked steak??
>High temperature doesn't magically turn meat into meat that causes cancer
Yeah. It does. Heating protein/fat foods to cooking temperature created advanced glycation endproducts
Finally, a good example that isn't ash. My next argument is that I don't know of any convincing evidence that eating AGEs via meat has any impact on cancer or any bad thing.
There are several in vitro studies and post-hoc analyses, but none of these confirm or even corroborate a dietary correlation. If you know of a study that does, please share.
>LDL is good for you
What type of doctor is he let me check >He is board-certified in psychiatry, and is a certified Functional Medicine practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Oh he's a fake doctor just like a chiropractor. Every fucking one of these guys are fake doctors. "Functional medicine" is a fake medical field created by some dude to make money by selling supplements. He's also fat.
Paul is on par with a chiropractor. They're both the same exact tier of fake science. That makes it belong on /x/
Forgot to mention that Paul also makes his money with a supplement company, which I also believe Liver King was his partner. So keto/carnivore is in bed with supplement scams. So far I've seen zero exceptions. It's such a stereotype in this alternative medicine, carnitard community.
You guys are so fucking gullible. Perfect marks.

>board-certified psychiatrist MD = fake doctor >this guy is fat
holy kek post body and degree
His only medical history was as a PA for a year, so he was the guy that shoved a light up your nose. You are the dumbest nagger ever to keep falling for these scam artists lmao. You shouldn't be allowed to hold money.
Also forgot to say, inb4 I'm a israelite for not falling for your stupid electrolyte and desiccated beef liver supplement scams. I guarantee you fanboys are fat as fuck too.
>His only medical history was as a PA for a year
You just posted that he's a "board-certified psychiatrist." That means that he went to (MD) medical school, did a residency, and now practices as a physician.
Do you even know what's in those bottles? Why are you so angry? You realize that it's desiccated versions of organs he eats every day, right? It's not powders made in a lab. For someone as obsessed as you, you should know the basic details about this guy lol
>CEO of Athletic Greens says plants are good for you >haha checkmate he actually sells supplements and takes them, too! >bet he doesn't really believe greens are healthy for him, since he has to take supplements! >what a grifter!
This is how stupid you sound.
Oh, you're still here? I thought you left since you stopped posting after I pointed out how retarded you were for saying Carnivore"MD," a board-certified psychiatrist, last had medical experience as a PA. fucking lmao
Still can't believe you called him fat, too. I truly wonder what it feels like to seethe so hard at someone you've never met that you become as delusional as you are being right now.
I like how Paul is open to changing his diet unlike most keto/carnivore cucks that double and triple down on fruit being bad for you despite all the evidence saying otherwise.
Look at this red retard that thinks fruit is bad for you.
omg another midwit retard who thinks he can reduce whole foods down to simple molecules. god I hate these retards. I would explain why your post is retarded but I honestly can't believe that someone truly believes "oats = pure sugar."
SwoleShack here. I already read the sticky. Just want to read your meme answers, because I already know the real answer: how bad would it be if i work out but don't stop my goyslop diet? Eating junk food is one of the only 3 pleasures i have in life, the other one being video games and Youtube.
ah yes honey what a great meal
Isn't that a porn star?
takes one to know one
Literally the dumbest way to eat red meat is proven to be carcinogenic and fruit gives you caries literally brainlet tier
You should eat the precise opposite, veggies, fish, and whole grains, low sugar low meat overall fucking retarded
Also the way hes constantly running around in the sun will give him skin cancer in 10 years
don't forget low fat dairy

>humans evolved to eat selectively bred grains and vegetables that didn't even exist 5,000 years ago
lentils, barley chickpeas etc existed 5000 years ago, hell even sumerians and egyptians were eating that
His point is that none of the plants we regularly eat existed for the majority of our existence on this planet. Except maybe berries or something. But even if you eat every variety of plant you're going to be malnourished unless you take supplements.
>unless
even if you do take supplements, you'll still be malnourished. you just won't flat-out die.
https://www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M18-2478

>Adequate intake (at or above the Estimated Average Requirement or the Adequate Intake level) of vitamin A, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc, and copper was associated with reduced all-cause or CVD mortality, but the associations were restricted to nutrient intake from foods.
>even if you do take supplements, you'll still be malnourished. you just won't flat-out die.
The slaves were eating that as staples yes but the rich were eating fatty cuts of meat. Grains and beans are slave food.
Dang... Reading this I can only pity you. Just wow
Go eat your grain then you fucking peasant

Long term carnivore diet causes liver disease due to the high iron content in red meat and organ meat. Frank Tufano talked about the severe heart palpitations and insomnia he got. Go ahead and poison your organs you retarted contrarians.
>implying I eat organ meat daily
>implying I eat only red meat
>implying pork, chicken, and fish don't exist and I don't eat them
Cool strawman, bro.
Just supplement NAC you fucking midwit
Frank Tufano also films videos of himself fucking his own ass with dildos.
frank still eats a lot of red meat. He said his liver issues are from taking accutane
why would you believe anything that sickly skinwalker says?
Wow taking one homosexual words for conclusion. He wasn’t a carnivore in the first place. He lied for clout
Frank is a retard that drinks his own piss.
Also, you should eat "soup meats" and make rich stews.
Besides you can just donate blood for free
I eat almost exclusively red meat for protein and my blood levels for iron are normal, frank tufano is a schizo who probably roided and lied about it, hates working out, and ate insane amounts of liver and other organ meats with high iron content (as well as taking accutane, literal poison).
>iron is bad for you
>said anon living in a country where most people are anemic
>said anon whose blood is made of iron
>said anon, citing some e-celeb who probably took steroids and did a long-term keto diet (completely unrelated to this thread)
lol
Yeah doing carnivore is retarded, not eating red meat because MUH CANCERZ is even more retarded
>too much iron
Just bleed a bit out you homosexual, nature didnt know you woud never even a small scratch. Go donate to ~~*vampires*~~

I'm thinking this guy is pretty fucking dumb, aye.
No, Layne Norton is. He’s the only guy that doesn’t push a fad diet for clout.
Dyel
What is the point in contention?
>No, Layne Norton is.
Lame Nerdton is retarded.
Isn't this the guy who is literally deteriorating as we speak? He looks extremely thin and talks like he's on drugs. Also there is nothing wrong with Oats if you properly prepare them, white people have evolved to perfectly digest Grains.
should i not be having grains as a mulatto?
I've avoided dairy for awhile but I wonder is grain brain is a thing for me
Why avoid dairy? You should have inherited the ability to digest it from whichever parent was white unless you got unlucky. And even if you can't, stuff like cheese should still be fine to eat anyway since it's pretty low in lactose already.
>literally deteriorating as we speak
That's all humanity you are speaking about
>He looks extremely thin
omg PLEASE post body
>white people evolved to perfectly digest grains
source: anon's asshole
why do people always lump honey and raw milk into this shit. Who is shilling this stuff?
Same people telling me to eat fucking boron.
So, people that are right? You need boron moron.
you don't have to eat borax to get a couple grams of boron in your diet. You don't need to supplement or eat for boron at all. If you are so desperate for a tiny drop of test you should just save yourself the money and inject it.
The honey bee industry. They provoke wars and fuel wars. Also triggers retards like (You)
Imagine getting mad about fucking honey bee
>cut milk and gluten because inflammation and skin problems
>eat meat and fruit for weeks
>feel great but get bad skin again
>add in some vegetables to cut back the sugar
>skin gets worse
I. CAN'T.
Only if you reduce dietary fat. Otherwise, you'd be eating high carbs and high fat, which is very detrimental to one's health.
Not an issue if the fat is saturated.

>Carnivore + fruits + honey is the way. Don’t forget to eat your oats chuds
Carnivore - fruits - honey. And dont forget to throw away your oats, planteater fatties
If only he had a liver to filter the small amount of toxins found in plants
why does everyone say the liver does that isnt that the job of the kidneys?
>ONLY EAT SUPER PALATABLE DOPAMINE INDUCING FOODS THIS IS HEALTHY AND NORMAL
You are an addict and have an eating disorder
>DOPAMINE INDUCING FOODS
Lol what. You hate eating or something? I'm pretty sure if you enjoy eating any food you'll release dopamine
>drugs are fine because they make you happy
Not what I said ESL
That's you retard, if you enjoy eating any lind of food even healthy food it enduces dopamine
Wow still
It only seems that way because your point is retarded, dopamine isn't related to how healthy the food is
Yes, eating should release dopamine in your body because you should enjoy eating and actively seek to do it. This is a completely separate topic from artificially-crafted foods designed with high palatability and low nutrition, because this thread is about highly nutritious whole foods. Please post your neuroscience or psychology degree if you disagree.
>literally every single carnivore influencer eventually reintroduced carbs
almonds status: activated
>carnivores don't eat fruit
You should let the entire canine species know and every bear on the planet, too, along with dozens of other animal species.
Fucking retards never studied biology and think they know what the terms mean.
If an animal eats fruit, then it's not a carnivore. Bears are not carnivores, neither are many canine species
What point are you trying to make retard
>If an animal eats fruit, then it's not a carnivore
lol I love when retards like you double down on being wrong about common sense things.
>dogs like to eat fruit so they aren't carnivores!!
what a fucking retard
Why take collagen instead of just eating more connective tissue (ground beef, bone broth, etc.)?
Just for the convenience. I make bone broths when I have the time but it's a lot quicker to just toss a couple scoops of collagen into a fruit smoothie.
Makes sense and sounds like a nice diet. Keep it up anon.
>believes in evolution and enzymes
>believes modern man evolved over hundreds of thousands of years at least
>believes the species appropriate diet for said man is a modern vegan diet made possible by advances in industry and transportation within the last 50 years
>believes past humans would forego calorie dense meat in favor of grass juiced in their rock blenders
>believes humans hunted animals for their fur only and left everything else alone
Either that, or the second take is that humans before agriculture were frail and diseased constantly which also makes zero fucking sense and the evidence all points in the opposite direction. But there is no point trying to convince people like this you are wasting your breath on them.
yeah humans would have died out time and time again following their logic
Do you really believe that early humans ate a carnivore diet? They ate anything they could get, which would obviously be mostly plants
none of the plant foods that people eat today, none, existed then. they ate tubers and tart fruit. most of their calories came from what they could hunt
Sorghum grains existed 100.000+ years ago and there's evidence humans ate it that long ago and sorghum is still consumed today by humans
grains, seeds, and fruit would all be seasonal and not eaten at all during ice ages. before the agricultural revolution it would likely be a minuscule portion of the diet. the effort required to process grains isnt worth it much easier to just go hunt an elephant that will feed you and your tribe for days
>ice ages
barely any humans lived in those times so that's irrelevant, and most of if not all of them were in warmer areas, not up north
>pic
Okinawans used to have a diet that was 95%+ of their calories from plant foods and they were the longest living population on the planet and they still are one of the most centenarian people on earth
>for days
Meat gets rotten very quickly without refrigeration and humans had no electricity until just about a hundred years ago
Okinawa is the isle of lard. Stop lying. Post WW2 decimated Japan is not representative of their traditional diet. And the fact you think refrigeration is the only way to preserve just shows you're a stupid monkey.
More ignorance
>Post WW2 decimated Japan is not representative of their traditional diet
But the Okinawanans famous for being long lived are the ones who lived during that time.
And Hong Kong has similar zones with centenarians and they eat more meat than anyone else on the planet.
Hmm maybe cherry picking areas of the world only focused on nutrition and literally no other lifestyle factor is a retarded way to argue about things??
>Meat gets rotten very quickly without refrigeration and humans had no electricity until just about a hundred years ago
What is salting, smoking, curing, etc?
Salt wasn't used until 5000 BCE. For most human history salt was not anything
advanced human civilization is now believed to be at least 40k years old, I think they figured out salt long before 5000 bce
>Meat gets rotten very quickly without refrigeration and humans had no electricity until just about a hundred years ago
Some one never went hunting.
>Meat gets rotten very quickly without refrigeration
Yes, (old) refrigerated meat you buy at the grocery store goes bad quickly if you leave it out in your 72º room.
>Okinawans used to have a diet that was 95%+ of their calories from plant foods
False. Same goes for le mediterranean diet, both ate pork and lard and copious amounts too, not 95% veggies like some retards seem to think they did and they fed most of their sweet potatoes to the pigs, only after ww2 did they have to resort to eating literal pig food.
Sorry, wrong.
https://nyaspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1196/annals.1396.037
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11710358/
Links aren't arguments. Your first paper isn't even the full text and has nothing to do with this conversation. Your second paper says that Okinawans eat fish and pork. It would take like 1 piece of bacon and 1 fish fillet to make your assertion of "95%+ calories from plant foods" wrong lol.
People who post links of "evidence" without explaining themselves are a blight on this forum. So lazy.
I'm sorry I just figured you could read. My bad for making assumptions
The worst part of your posts is that you didn't even read your links. And you are accusing others of not being able to read. So lazy and arrogant. The worst combination.
>the effort required to process grains isnt worth it much easier to just
ah yes is much easier to go and risk your life than use Mortar and pestle to process grains
Really disingenuous picture. Doesn't include a single type of nut, the most calorie dense plant food there is.
65% of 3000kcal is a little under 2000kcal.
1lb of cashews is 2500kcal.
>amounts of time anon has seen 1 pound of edible nuts in the wild

Meet Otzi. He lived 5000 years ago and was murdered, left in a glacier and became mummified.
His stomach contents were preserved and his last meal was approx 10oz deer fat, dried ibex meat, red deer meat, einkorn wheat and some toxic fern.
Clearly early man wasnt a total carnivore but i find this info interesting.
>A full-body computed tomography (CT) scan showed that Ötzi had three calcifications (hardened plaques) in his heart region, putting him at increased risk for a heart attack.
>Ötzi also had calcifications around his carotid artery, which carries blood to the head and neck, and in the arteries at the base of his skull, which carry blood to the brain. Both hardened plaques likely elevated Ötzi's risk of a stroke
>But somehow, scientists had never analyzed his teeth before.
>Post agriculture diet
No wonder he was incredibly ill.
The Inuits would like a word with you. And as I said use big rock, smash bone, get marrow. It really is that simple
>They would likely not have scavenged corpses
lmao wtf are you talking about dude the precursors to humans were BIG-TIME scavengers. We moved away from that when we made tools.
>rancid meat and the accruing feeding organisms like maggots and such
Oh you literally just don't know what "scavenging" means. Here let me do a 5 second Google search for you.
I'm glad I could teach you today.
>confrontational scavenging
It's sad when people can't read and think they are owning someone else
Yes, "scavenging" includes "confrontational scavenging." Not all scavengers eat rotten, maggot-filled meat (a fact known to anyone who understands what "scavenging" means). I don't really understand what your ESL post is supposed to mean.
He said
>Just like they would scavenge corpses and eat the remainder
And
>eat the remainder
Is very different than chasing a predator away from a fresh kill
...do you think a dead animal missing some of its body parts is not a "remainder of a corpse" ??
>primary source of carbs
>rice, potatoes and sweet potatoes, rice, beans

woah, that was very hard !!
Based except for beans. this nigga eatin beans lmao
Yup, that's what I do too. I love watching these monkeys fling shit back and forth, talking about meme diets and shit. While I'm here still eating meat, vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc.
This guy gets it. Meme diets only exist to make money
Nah, wild seafood, game meat, and fermented dairy (plus butter). That, and nothing else.
What about bananas anon?
You can suck on mine whenever you want, pal
b-baka
This has unironically been the best diet I've tried so far. Anyone who says otherwise is a retarded ketolard that can't cope with the idea that sugar isn't bad for you.

lol what are you talking about? homo sapiens (AKA humans who looked like humans who had the mental capacities of humans) have been around for hundreds of thousands of years.
Wrong.
Is theri target audience homosexuals or why do all of them pose without a shirt?
>OP is always a homosexual
mystery solved, answer is yes
Because if you look bad your advice shouldn't be followed, and everyone knows that. That's why you never post body.
You don't need fruits or honey they are meme foods. I have no idea how these people think they were part of the ice age diet.
They are tasty and healthy. Also, not everyone lived in ice.
Give me some good easy SwoleShack recipes I can crockpot or stovetop
Chicken feet + water + some apple cider vinegar + salt = the best bone broth
Any beef for slow-cooking with whatever starch you want (potatoes, whatever).
Chicken thighs with whatever seasoning you want. I like to do it southeast Asian style (onions sauce and white vinegar) and serve with rice.
I do all of these in a pressure cooker and they are incredibly easy to do and you can make so many calories in one session. I guess it would work in a crockpot, but I frankly don't know because I only use a pressure cooker (and a frying pan for other things).
Eggs. The more, the better.
All these replies and nobody is asking what you are putting honey on if you only eat meat and fruit.
Are you putting honey on your meat?
Gross.
Are you putting honey on fruit?
Literally why would you
Honey on meat is not gross.
You have an eating disorder my friend
Keep slurping your goyslop.
Bad quality pivot
You are clearly a nagger who’s never made honey mustard sauce.
They wouldn't have had ground mustard seed back then
Why not? Humans have been grinding grains to eat for hundreds of thouands of years. If you can grind grain to make gruel/porridge etc, then you can grind mustard seeds to make Hispanice/seasoning.
Then why not eat grains
I never said not to.
Ok then you missed the entire point of the post
I dont give a shit you dumb nagger im just pointing out that there is zero reason to think that ancient humans weren't grinding up other kinds of seed along with grass seeds.
Wtf is your point dude, my only contribution to the chain of replies was that mustard seeds may have been eaten in the distant past. I never said anything about whether or not you should eat grains. Stop being so obtuse you fucking autist.
>uhh... honey AND meat? at the same time? sounds like an EATING DISORDER!
I guarantee you this guy eats goyslop with 20 ingredients lmao what a fucking homosexual.
Wait until you hear about people who mix milk into tea, or butter into potatoes, or, picture this, bread AND meat AND ketchup AND pickles.
You might blow a gasket...
I just eat the honey, anon. How is this hard to conceptualize for you?
>Effectiveness of three mouthwashes - Manuka honey, Raw honey, and Chlorhexidine on plaque and gingival scores of 12-15-year-old school children: A randomized controlled field trial
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29568170/
>One hundred and thirty-five government school children aged 12-15 years were randomly selected
>Ten milliliters each of honey-based mouthwash formulation and CHX mouthwashes (0.2%) were administered according to the group allocation twice daily for 21 days.
>Honey-based mouthwash showed a promising antimicrobial effect on dental caries and plaque and gingival scores.
Now how would swirling "literally sugar" around your mouth actually be beneficial for your teeth? Hmm maybe you are missing something, anon.
A few tablespoons of honey on an empty stomach each morning has completely cured all symptoms from a stomach ulcer I've had for years. Shit is magic.
Are these benefits exclusive to raw honey?
These are good websites:
https://www.localhoneyfinder.org/index.php
https://www.beeculture.com/find-local-beekeeper/
If you have multiple options near you, choose the one that doesn't spray their fields with Round-Up (glyphosates). You can ask them.
awesome thanks anon
What about agave syrup
I don't know, I think it's fine. I like maple syrup, too. But I just think honey is the best. I always feel great after eating it and I can just eat it by itself.
Honey is not a whole food. Its literally just predigested plant matter
>milk is not a whole food. its literally just predigested plant matter
This is how stupid you sound.
Haha yeah they are totally the same you sure showed me
Yes anon, they are. Both are made by animals for animals when animals eat plant matter. This is what "predigested plant matter" looks like, you big goofball.
Where do you think honey comes from?
Bees. They take plant matter, digest it, and then turn it into a chemically different substance. Similar to how cows (animals) turn grass (plants) into milk (animal-based whole food).
>Similar to how cows (animals) turn grass (plants) into milk (animal-based whole food).
Not just milk, but their own fat.
Where I'm the bee. Keep going. How do the bees excrete it.
I'm not clicking that. Use your words.
I accept your concession.
Lol so sad.
I know, I wish that anon would have found the time to watch that short video. It would have answered all of his questions. Oh well.
I'm talking to you. You can't even hold a coherent conversation about your beliefs, you just google and copy/paste videos. I think He was trying to convey that vomiting and lactation are not the same, which he is right about
I'm not entertaining a highly aggressive and closed-minded retard who, instead of making logical points, is asking about things you can learn about with 10 second Google searches to hit me with a "gotcha!"
If you think bees ingest and "vomit" nectar with 0 digestion or processing, you are wrong and I suggest you try a little harder with your extremely basic research. I linked a video for children, feel free to watch it.
>vomiting and lactation are not the same
>2 different animal processes I don't understand because I have 0 experience with either as a source for food can't be compared because of reasons I can't explain
>th-they're just DIFFERENT, ok??
If you can't understand how milk and honey are both animal-based whole foods, no one can help you except God.

Many such cases where anons eat 0 organs and basically no fruit and fill themselves with useless garbage. Guarantee you won't look back if you replace all that with more fruit, honey, and occasional organ meat.
Can we just say meat and not LARP as lions?
he and ray peat are correct about fruits. my shits have gotten really after i get around 70% of my carbs from fruits and cutting out most grains
really smooth shits*
bro 70%? tf do you eat
He could mean that he eats 650 kcal of carbs a day with 450 kcal (70%) of that being fruit, which wouldn't really be that hard.
basically what he says
though my carb intake is a bit higher (around 800 calories from 200ish grams of carbs). i get it from mostly oranges, dates, and whatever is in season (mangoes, passion fruits, etc) and dairies
I can't onions
>says he didn’t know liver king was on gear
>expects anyone to believe that
Imagine being a MD and believing someone with an hgh gut isn’t on anything
>This post is so self unaware its Insane
You sure owned me. I admit defeat at the hands of a ꜱoyboy meme
There is no universal diet that works for all of humanity.
Different genetics = Different diet necessities
I have a friend that spends his whole life saying meat is all he ever eats and that human beings don't need carbs for anything because >hurrr durrr muh ancestors
I also know people that've been vegan for 10+ years and are perfectly healthy and in good shape
I also know naggers that eat copious amounts of sugar and are ripped and have like 5%bf
Genetics ARE a thing when it comes to dieting and it's results
I love meat and dairy, but I eat a steak with ZERO carbs / fiber next to it, I have a little extra trouble digesting it
>lions all eat the same diet
>rabbits all eat the same diet
>seals all eat the same diet
>eagles all eat the same diet
>NOO EVERY HUMAN IS A UNIQUE SNOWFLAKE AND WHATS RIGHT FOR YOU MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT FOR THE NEXT GUY
This is easily the dumbest post in this thread
>10 year vegans perfectly healthy
lol lmao
>naggers at 5% body fat because genetics
Roids you fucking mong
I'm glad we can all pause and agree this is the stupidest post ITT.
>vegans in good shape
The last vegan I saw had dreadlocks and looked ghoulish. He also was so void of life that the person hanging out with him "thought he hated him" lol. And this makes sense because, as we all know and as The Science has shown, vegans are devoid of critical micronutrients necessary for proper brain function (if anyone wants source, let me know, I'll provide it).
>bad diet, 5% bodyfat, black... genetics??
the other anon pointed out the obvious so I won't, but this gave me a hearty kek
>i have a little trouble digesting a steak...
Requirement is not a prerequisite for something to confer optimal health
Go ahead and cite some epidemiology using the Standard American Diet as a baseline now so I can laugh at your Dunning-Kruger self some more.
>starts reply with an insult
Sorry didnt read further. Have a good one. I hope you learn to deal with being wrong. Its a part of life.
aww, Napoleon is angry that someone called him short. bye bye then.
btw to anyone who's actually curious, let me know and I'll be happy to post scientific evidence of my claims (unlike Napoleon).
>Paul Saladino

Yes, when you burn your meat, the nasty charred bits are bad for you. Most people know this, which is why they don't burn their food. Those cancer-causing charred bits are nasty because your body doesn't want you to eat them.
I can tell you're the same midwit ITT who thinks honey comes from plants lmao. You have 0 life experience. Did you just get home from high school?
They didn't say burnt. Work on your reading comprehension. Those cooking methods are trash and taste like shit.
The HCAs and PAHs that form in the meat during high temperature cooking are carcinogenic. This is why you use low slow cooking.
HCAs = ash
PAHs = ash
If your meat isn't ashy, you don't have to worry about these. Because they are ash. Anyone with a brain knows you shouldn't eat ash. You are overthinking it because you think acronyms make you sound smart.
But I'm glad we found common ground on the fact that you shouldn't be eating HCAs or PAHs (because they are ash).
>no "oh yeah, those are actually literally ash, and everyone knows eating ash is bad for you. good points anon."
>no "ah i see, but what about AGEs, which I talk about in this post?"
>no "hm, that's interesting, i'll look into that later. for now, what do you think about this?"
>not even a "ur wrong homosexual"
Such a lazy post. What a shame.
No, it's found in cooked meats. Your just as dumb as a bag of fuck.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2769029/
Yes anon... meat that's cooked at high temperatures for a long time gets ashy... You will find ash in (over)cooked meats...
>your dumb
icing on the cake lol
Are you admitting honey comes from bees? That's a big step for you.
>LDL is good for you
What type of doctor is he let me check
>He is board-certified in psychiatry, and is a certified Functional Medicine practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
That makes it belong on /x/
>board-certified psychiatrist MD = fake doctor
>this guy is fat
holy kek post body and degree
Forgot to mention that Paul also makes his money with a supplement company, which I also believe Liver King was his partner. So keto/carnivore is in bed with supplement scams. So far I've seen zero exceptions. It's such a stereotype in this alternative medicine, carnitard community.
You guys are so fucking gullible. Perfect marks.
I guarantee you fanboys are fat as fuck too.
>electrolyte supplements
What are you referring to? His website sells desiccated organs AKA real food, not salt pills. You must be confused.
>His only medical history was as a PA for a year
You just posted that he's a "board-certified psychiatrist." That means that he went to (MD) medical school, did a residency, and now practices as a physician.
How are you this stupid?
>this guy is 62
yeah I am thinking this diet is based
Anon he's in his 40s.
post body ficking retard
>lemme just take 10 different supplements
>This diet is based
Lolol you people will fall for any fad huh
lemme just drink a protein shake bro
fag
Literally what
Do you even know what's in those bottles? Why are you so angry? You realize that it's desiccated versions of organs he eats every day, right? It's not powders made in a lab. For someone as obsessed as you, you should know the basic details about this guy lol
>CEO of Athletic Greens says plants are good for you
>haha checkmate he actually sells supplements and takes them, too!
>bet he doesn't really believe greens are healthy for him, since he has to take supplements!
>what a grifter!
This is how stupid you sound.
I will fuck you up
Oh, you're still here? I thought you left since you stopped posting after I pointed out how retarded you were for saying Carnivore"MD," a board-certified psychiatrist, last had medical experience as a PA. fucking lmao
Still can't believe you called him fat, too. I truly wonder what it feels like to seethe so hard at someone you've never met that you become as delusional as you are being right now.
You talk so much shit online. You'd be a little bitch standing in front of me.
based Paul is having a Peaty guy on this week
I like how Paul is open to changing his diet unlike most keto/carnivore cucks that double and triple down on fruit being bad for you despite all the evidence saying otherwise.
Look at this red retard that thinks fruit is bad for you.
eventually all the gurus with some brain are going to converge toward Ray because he had the brain the size of a galaxy and did research for 60 years
>oats
Oats are just starch. That is, pure sugar.
omg another midwit retard who thinks he can reduce whole foods down to simple molecules. god I hate these retards. I would explain why your post is retarded but I honestly can't believe that someone truly believes "oats = pure sugar."
You are just retarded. That is, pure retard.
>pure sugar
Fructose, galactose, and glucose are pure sugar. Oats aren't, you dumb nagger.
SwoleShack here. I already read the sticky. Just want to read your meme answers, because I already know the real answer: how bad would it be if i work out but don't stop my goyslop diet? Eating junk food is one of the only 3 pleasures i have in life, the other one being video games and Youtube.
