You should do light cardio early in the morning while in a fasted state to burn excess fat stores. You should have carbohydrates before training and after training ensure you have the glycogen readily available for training.

      >losing bodyfat and gaining muscle at the same time is impossible
Fat is just energy stores, muscle is buils from branch chain amino acids.

      Retard

You shouldnt be doing any cardio but a 10-20 min HIIT session

      >You shouldnt be doing any cardio but a 10-20 min HIIT session
The best way to lose fat for someone trying to bodybuild is low intensity steady state exercise at a pace you can have a conversation at. You cannot burn fat for fuel in an anaerobic state.

different days or different times of days is best, e.g. lifting in the morning before work/school and cardio after or lift 4x a week and cardio on the 2-3 remaining days. this is to maxamise gains and reduce the impact of the interference effect

What about lifting early in the morning and cardioing in the afternoons? Lifting 3 days a week and cardio 6 days a week. Light rooning or just walking depending on how fucked up i feel that day

Cardio on rest days. Why waste more time at the gym. You have other things to do anon. Also cleaning your house and just walking counts as cardio

A lil before working out as a warmup doesn't hurt, but if you wanna burn calories with it it's better to do it after. Weightlifting performance takes too much of a hit if you're exhausted from cardio, whereas you can cardio after lifting and perform more or less the same.

I don’t believe in cardio sessions. as long as you’re getting 10k steps minimum per day every day you’ll be fine.

Intense cardio just accumulates fatigue that takes away from Hypertrophic muscle recovery.

not going to read thread i bet my left nut they're all retarded zoomers and /plg/ fags trying to turn you into a femboy.
    >dedicate two non-consecutive days a week to sprints
    >clean your diet
    >keep lifting
"cardio" will only result in the exact opposite adaptation to lifting and to store visceral fat, google sprinter vs marathoner mri scans.
