I have a home gym so I don't need to leave however I have a nice headache and my body felt weak earlier but I think I'm doing better now. Did any of you lift? I'm vaccinated so I think that's really helping with the symptoms

You can, but you're gonna gas out doing warm up weight and it'll prolong symptoms.
Just lie the fuck down, man.
This is literally what happened to me when I tried to lift while I had COVID
Not worth it IMO
I don’t know. Do you?
>LIGHTWEIGHT BABYYYY AINT NOTHIN BUT A PEA- ACK
Congrats. Pink is a girl right?
I lifted when I had it and thought it was just bad allergies from being on vacation. While doing squats I was going pretty hard and instantly got this terrible headache. Now if I do anything that gets my heart rate up it comes back and I get a bit dizzy so I have to sit down and rest.
Just do a light workout.
>thought it was just bad allergies
Same thing happened to me a couple months ago. I kept exercising, my numbers suffered a little bit on everything but I was fine within 5 days
Chill until its over. Your recovery will be faster and better.
you can. doesn't mean its a good idea. if youre feeling good as you stated just use the time off well
I recently caught the bug, and my inclined bench went from 74kg 3x8 to 70kg 3x7.
I'm back to business and I believe I'll be back to my original strength in about 2 weeks.
Idk if that helps.
I didn’t lift but I did calisthenics, in the start of the day I would knock out 500 pushups then just crawl back in bed
Just rest, retard. Recovery will take longer if you force through a half-assed workout. If your body can direct all its resources towards healing you will be healthy sooner.
>just recently caught the coof
>Tuesday night was literallty one of the worst nights of my life, sweating, incredible pain all up and down my body, delirium
>Wednesday I was bed ridden, but the night I slept calmly
>Thursday I stayed in bed but did have to run out for an errand or two, was very weak during them, and did some WFH from bed when I got back
>today I am still weak, and coughing some phlegm up, but I'm now sitting at my desk as normal
Is this normal? Got double vaxxed over two years ago, never got a booster. Probably going to wait 2 solid weeks before lifting anyways I guess.
Damn I have it right now and it's crazy how intense this is. Like I get colds from time to time and it isn't so bad usually but the last two nights I was just feverishly delirious, getting dizzy, disoriented, nauseous, etc.
A lot of people at work seem to have it but noone really admits to it. Maybe because if you have covid you have to take like a week or two off instead of the 2-3 days it might take to get better?
You both have shitty immune systems. I Tested positive on Tuesday, had a headache for a day, and now just got back from long run with 0 issues. I got the first two shots, but no boosters. Eat whole foods, take vit d and zinc, and get outside for a walk.
I think my immune system overreacted if anything. Like full-on destructive over-firing of immune measures.
Sounds like the other anon had it worse though- I would only rate myself as having been "out of commission" for a day.
Caught it last week for the third time and I'm on and off between feeling ok and feeling trash. I'd suggest against lifting while you're sick. You could do cardio if you want I guess, but if you have even slightest fever or cold symptoms, wait it out.
I had enough energy to run half my usual distance, 2.5km but not lift
just do cardio
This is the most retarded thing to do when it is possible that ur heart is compromised
50 iq turbo retard
Real talk, don't do it. You drastically increase your chances of long covid. Maybe yoga instead if you need to move. How long ago did you test positive?
That was from earlier today around 2am. I think I'll just take the week off although this week I was away volunteering at a summer camp so I wasn't able to lift this week and I guess it'll be the same until it's out of my system
I pushed through it when I had COVID. You gas out faster and it feels twice as hard. Take a week off and heal. Your gains won't go anywhere while you get over COVID
Yea, i had covid. Just wait 2 weeks bro. Just wait, dont try to rush it. Tyleno/Ibuprofen and Dayquil/nyquil
Why would you ever take a covid test? If you are young or fit or part of the 99.9% people that get it it’s a weak cold, did you ever swab you nose at home for any other virus? What libs have done with this one is just wild.
It could make your symptons worse and prolong you them.
just install skyrim again, install sex mods, shut your god dman mouth and relax
Just rest up brah feel better
