Or maximizing cardio effectiveness by avoiding carbs for half a day and then do the cardio when your blood sugar is low to burn more fats instead of carbs in your blood. yeah, you can outcardio a bad or high calorie diet. You just have to keep walking with a backpack or working with your hands 10-14 hours a day. That's how I do it. 3000 calories high carb. 11% bf.

Yes but it's a longer answer.
How well you deal with carbs largely depends on how well your body can regulate blood sugar. If it can't do that as well as you could when you were a teenager you either have to add "metabolic training" on top you regular hypertrophy/strength training, cardio, simply reduce total carbs, or opt for only more complex carbs. Or dip a toe in all of them. It's hard to figure out based on formulas. So I'd just got to 120g/day then go up or down 10-20g a day based on if you feel like need more or less. Replace it with a healthy fat if you're under 50g of fat a day.

What should the goal weight be? I'm a little under 140 pounds so i'm thin but not that thin.
posting weight without posting height is pretty useless as a metric. this is me at practically anorexic by my standards at 6'3" at around 155-160 lbs. I've started working out again since then. Still not much heavier but looking really cut since my bodyfat is still very very low.

Whatever weight gets you to the look you are trying to achieve is really the answer. I don't worry to much about weight these days. One factor is have you eaten that day? You will always look your best and thinnest on an empty stomach after using the restroom in the morning (to do you know what). That same good looking thinness can feel bloated mid day or end of day after you've eaten healthy amounts of food. If I was trying to look really good for a date at night or something I might just keep it really light on the food that day so I can feel good. But it all depends on the goal. Its obviously not recommended to never eat all week you need food to live your life. I'm happy that I'm lifting again but I'm also happy that this time around I'm not worrying too much about daily caloric intake because weight gain is nolonger a goal like it has been for me in the past. I just eat if I feel like it and get my protein in regardless.
