Manufacturers don't actually test this stuff. kcal/100g ratings are based on tests of the ingredients in a given product or other legally identical products. You might actually have 16kcal/100ml water with almond in it but I based my statement on 3rd party lab tests.

You'll note, for example, that the carbohydrate content is off by 37% on the label.
literally the otherway around. modern milk has more bio available estrogen than any other milk even so y. nuts also have some plant estrogen and anything in plastic has estrogen mimicking compounds.
ꜱoylent contains about 100 million times more phytoestrogens than milk contains estradiol and estradiol-equivalent. While I grant you that genistein and diadzein are much weaker ERα/β agonists than estradiol, maybe even 100 thousand times weaker, they're not anywhere near 100 million times weaker.
onions isn't the same as basedmilk. basedmilk has 3mg of phytoestrogens per 100 ml while dairy milk has 0.002mg of various female sex hormones per 100ml (estradiol is 0.0005mg per 100ml).
oat milk and other nut milks beats all of these with 0 estrogens.

forgot to mention the plastics which you will be getting from any milk you buy even if it's in a "paper/cardboard carton".
make your nut/oat milk at home if you want to minimize your hormones exposure. all hormone disruptors are unavoidable, best you can do is minimize your exposure.

Reading's clearly not your strong suit. Go back and try again.
Also, I get my milk by filling my own glass bottles at a local farm immediately after milking where the milk is stored in a stainless steel chiller.

you should do the same. the facts are right but the numbers in

are completely wrong. you are getting more estrogen activation when you drink dairy milk >Also, I get my milk by filling my own glass bottles at a local farm immediately after milking where the milk is stored in a stainless steel chiller.
LMAO, even if that's true you are still getting more estrogen than a person that drinks almond milk

Well if you refuse to engage with reality then there's no point in this discussion. There are 52mg of isoflavones, principally genistein and diadzein in a 414ml bottle of onions. Go figure out how much estradiol and estrone is in whole milk (here's a hint: it's in the ng/l[1] range). Genistein and diadzein are both stronger ERα and ERβ agonists than the BPA the EU wants to ban. Work your way back from there.

Nut juice isn't milk. Stop trying to take my milk. I need it to get strong.
>doesnt taste like milk
>has none of the benefits of milk
How would it replace milk you retard?
Sure, why not.
Why?
Yeah, comes in clutch when you’re cutting cause it’s only like 13kcal per 100ml. I just use Greek yoghurt/cheese to get what I would from milk.
Fuck drinking milk.
It's 47kcal/100ml, same as 1.5% milk.
no. i buy it weekly and its 13/16 kcal per 100ml depending on if its fresh och conserved.
See: https://www.fatsecret.se/kalorier-näring/alpro/mandelmjölk-osötad/100ml
I googled it for you.

You enjoy your almond malk.
IT LITERALLY SAYS NO ADDED SUGAR YOU IMBECILE
In your coffee? Sure. As a whole? No
in coffee or as a refreshing drink? yes
anything else? no
It does for me, that's the one I use when cutting.
No just drink whole milk, raw if you can find it. Beat stuff out there, simple as.
