Saying counting calories is unusual is like saying having a financial budget is unusual
Are you normally flabbergasted when you see your credit card bill?
I'm trying to lose fat but I'm having trouble finding how many calories I should limit myself to.
Maintenance calculator give me values from 2500-3000 calories to maintain weight.
Is there one specific way to find a best answer?
>3k is low
Idk man, the average person my weight can hold their weight with way less calories. Plus Chris Bumstead's bulking cals are 5k, so 3k is much more than you'd think :0 >How long have you been lifting?
1.5 years, but only one year at a gym. The 6 months before that was mostly just doing pushups and other stuff at home lmao. Really didn't know anything about lifting back then
The Jump from 3k to 5k is immense though. Depending on how active your lifestyle is, 3k might be pretty close to maintanance for a guy your size, especially if you consider that you're pretty lean. You might want to test upping it by 100-150, small steps make all the difference during a bulk. But I would've guessed about 6 months to a year of lifting looking at your pick, so 3k seems to be working for you
>But I would've guessed about 6 months to a year of lifting looking at your pick
Oh damn, really? I always thought I looked more advanced than my time spent training :0
Nice work counting calories boys. Hope you realised the nutritional labels are allowed to be off by 20 percent. Remember to subtract your calories from each shit you take. Hey how much of that protein was converted into ATP?
counting calories is a sign that you should get checked for autism
sounds like you never want to gain weight my friend

Are you normally flabby and gassy? I can see why you’re autistic about counting calories lmao!
Actually I'm a hungry skeleton with baby calves.

>Jealous (that OP gets to eat way more than me)
For fat loss, lowball everything. Shoot for 2,000. Then you'll be losing weight even on days where you don't lift or do cardio.
>t. Fatty fat fat fat, Fat-Fat
i’m leaner and more muscular than you CarbEnjoyer aka FatFucker lmao!
Post body then pal (I'm betting ya won't)
Not super aesthetic yet but 50+ lbs down and getting there

Posted is the right usage, retard.
Do yourself a favor and cut that hair

>timestamp
can you read gay?
stop posting photos of the guy that you hope is gay and you has low enough standards to fuck you
Learn to form a coherent sentence and then speak to me, simpleton.
still no timestamp, huh
and that guy will never fuck you
Umm, you keep bringing up homosexual fantasies. Me thinks you are in the closet lmao!
you are the one having shirtless photo of some other guy saved.
Umm, that’s me, retard. You’re just angry because I’m more swole and ripped than you, and I also have an epic tan.
Straight up dying every day trying to get these calories in so don't be too jealous.
Surely you can bump yours up, we're the same height but you're just a few kilos lighter!
Liquid calories bro.
Get some oatmeal, whey, ice cream in to a blender and drink
You're either shit at counting calories or retarded. I'm 188/6'2, 79kg and bulking and my intake ain't nearly that high, it's like 3k at most.
Just go low, wait a month, see if it works and if it doesn't, go lower by like 200. Repeat until you're losing big boy weight.
Carb Enthusiasm, love it
Head gone :/
How long have you been lifting? 3k is a bit low, and you don't look particulary big, but if it works for you and you're making gains
