>caffeine in coffee is the same as caffeine in soda
>never ever drink coffee after 3pm or else you wont be able to sleep
and yet, people are absolutely chugging full, caffeinated sodas at all times of the day, ESPECIALLY at night. Either coffee and soda aren't processed in the same way or somebody's lying. Which is it?
1. Your statements simply aren't true.
2. The dose of caffeine is different for sodas and coffee.
3. Poor sleep is prevalent all over the world, and caffeine doesn't equate to being unable to sleep.
Being unable to sleep and messing with the structure of your sleep are two completely different things and caffeine affects both.
in coffee is the same as caffeine in soda
Different drinks have different amounts of caffeine
1. different levels of caffeine in different drinks
2. People do ot metabolize caffeine at the same rate.
OP, are you the same person making the same coffee thread every few days with the same photo every time?
no, this is only the second time ive posted about coffee. Apparently its a popular drink.
>yet, people are absolutely chugging full, caffeinated sodas at all times of the day, ESPECIALLY at night
and they don't sleep well at night compared to those who don't drink soda past 3PM. Next question.
>drink coffee
>sleep

>NOOO COFFEE LE BAD

ive never drank a single cup of coffee in my life
keep it that way anon.
what about decaf? I exclusively drink it, and feel like it has a lot of benefits with no downsides
anyone? Is decaf good or bad for health? Same with decaf soda?
It will literally kill you anon
I don't get it, where's the coombait photo? Also I'm drinking coffee right now OP and I'm gonna sleep great tonight to spite you.
5th day of no caffeine for me after months of ~300mg caffeine daily. I'm trying to recover my circadian rhythm and unironically feel more alert during the day.
Did you ever get violent anxiety when drinking lots of coffee? Because I’m way over 300 and have been having
I drink coffee right up until I go to bed. I have no problems sleeping and waking rested.
Caffeine in coffee is the same as caffeine in soda
There are other things in both
People are retarded and shouldn't be chugging sodas at night either
there is only caffeine in cola, and it's in smaller quantities than coffee. there's no caffeine in sprite
Coffee has 1000 different phytochemicals in it and most of them we don't even understand. Caffeine that is added to soda is literally the same caffeine that is removed from decaf coffee.
this is the answer
until each of the chemical effects are known in conjunction with each other and alone the true health effects of coffee are unknown
it could also be different for different people with a different set of genes not even considering dietary choices
so it remains an endless debate and an excuse to post tits
