Idea is cool but it fails because you would have to eat a shit ton of powder to have a significant impact on nutrition. Also, dehydrating vegetables is a pain in the ass, ive dehydrated apples in my airfryer, its almost 24 hours at 50 celsius for 4 apples cutted very slim or it doesnt dehydrate shit. Dehydrating a kilo of whatever would take forever, also, dehydrating leaf things would be disgusting

You'd actually run into the opposite problem, it's easy to overdose on some micro- and macronutrients like this.
I've done some research on this exact topic recently, and apparently 100g of dried cucumbers contains more than the daily recommended dose of potassium, and 100g of dried ginger root will make you overdose on selenium pretty badly
reckon you might not be able to get through 100 grams of ground up ginger powder
couple of teaspoons in a hot beverage of your choice drunk multiple times throughout the day will easily add up if not to 100 g,then at least half that

Not him but rumiants are pretty much the only meat you can buy that has decent micros because they don't feed them shit and have the most laws regulating who can even raise and sell them commercially. Other than that it's mostly a flex because it's expensive and people think it's bad for you.

Also you're probably only considering extant primates, but humans have wiped out most competitor predators. All the other members of genus Homo ate meat, but they ate the same meat as us so we got rid of them.
Yes, I know a lot of primates are omnivores. The point I was making is that humans are not exclusively carnivores, as this guy
was implying. Even gorillas are exclusively herbivorous. Chimpanzees, our closest living relative, are omnivores, same as we are. To say that you can skip vegetables and live by just eating meat is stupid and not backed by science.
