"Modern civilization has allowed people who would have otherwise died in nature to survive despite natural selection. The elimination of natural selection and the massive increase in ease of life has been slowly poisoning the human gene pool with disability and defects. This is never going to be reversed and humans will never reach full genetic potential as long as downies and cripples continue to breed."

Actual message from one of my friends, maybe you can somewhat relate to this sentiment.

I have the same retarded bones but I got bigger calves and quads so they look more normal than yours, you can't fix them sadly

I have the same structure. Does this result in increased risk of injury during heavy lifting? (squats in particular)

My friend had something similar. He went through bone correction surgery when he was 14. Had to be in a wheelchair for a month, then crutches for 6 weeks.

That's called knocked knees. Bowlegs are curved out as opposed to inwards. You can't fix them without surgery.

It's due to weak glutes, without surgery you can do:
weighted glute bridges, and knees stretch everyday

Can you even fix knock knees as an adult with surgery? I asked my doctor about it once and all he said was "uh, usually you get that fixed when you're a kid." I'm assuming that means adults don't or can't get it fixed.
