>born with slight pectus excavatum(pic related)
>my deformity its so tiny its barely noticeable
>no one even notices it if i'm shirtless unless i point it out
>i suck at any sports or physical activities in general because low stamina
>come to notice my stamina is incredibly low 2 minutes moving and i start to literally DIE star fast breathing and feeling chest pain.
>i always start failing in sports before everyone
>is this bcs of my deformity or i'm just very out of shape?(i'm skinny asf btw)(srry for my english too).
I been thinking maybe i should do a treatment first and then try to improve my stamina bcs there's no way i'm simply this weak bcs i lack practice running and constantly moving

I was also born with a not so bad form of this, luckily mom was smart enough to take me to a doctor and I did some meme exercises at the local hospital and I partially recovered. Later on when i was enering puberty I did some gym training with a a trainer (he was family friend) and he showed me how to do various excercises with perfect form. It was pretty fun, I was the only kid and everybody was very friendly with me.

It's not perfect, i still have flaring ribs and my scapulas look kinda of weird, kind of like Im hunched but the hole in the chest is almost unnoticable.

My ribs flare out a little bit and I have a bit of a funnel chest as well. It was unsightly when I weighed 100 pounds, but now that I'm 150 it's not so bad

I've been using cables to simulate ring dips, probably called a decline fly or something.

I have the same condition but it's extremely visible. I think you are just undertrained tho. Try long distance running. Try a "couch to 5k" program or something. I'm still not the best but it helped.

Anyone who you condition has lower space in their chest for the heart and the lungs. Yes, your condition could be affecting your stamina.
If your condition is a unnoticeable as you claim, then there's no need for surgery, but you still should consult a doctor.
If you have no heart problems, do cardio 3 times a week and you will see an improvement in your stamina, no matter how small it is right now.

I have a pretty bad case of sunken chest (like worse than you, people notice). And I cardio mog 99.9% of mankind. You're just a cardiolet.

I got a moderate case of PE, and yes we do tend to have less stamina but if you do cardio you will get noticeably better. I used to almost faint after 3-ish minutes cycling at 20km/h 2 months ago and now I can do 30 minutes at 26km/h without even feeling lightheaded

pectus excavatum anon here, was a complete skinny dyel until I became 21. Started to do bodyweigh exercice now I do some weighted calisthenic bc I'm too autisic to face the gym. I also need to eat a lot to even start to stack some fat. 3 years later I started to feel getting bigger. Your chest will grow but I don't believe you can fill the hole that easily without taking some bf

I believe with gym in your routine you can get better results than mine.

You have shit cardio and gas out because you quit sooner because you have an excuse. If it does impact you at all regularly lifting -- specifically different benchpressing and flyes -- will open it up enough for you to breathe completely normally, but even then it probably doesn't. Start running and you'll quickly realize it doesn't effect you.
    t. MMA fighter with pectus excavatum. I went to a surgeon for it thinking it effected my cardio and all the testing showed I was above average in cardio. This was years ago and it doesn't affect me and mine isn't minor.
