Agreed, but I have actually found that if you are a skelly with poor appetite then cardio helps a lot to boost it. If you burn 250 kcal from a cardio session but it allows you to eat another meal you will have a big additional surplus.
lol same, part of that might be swimming on a nearly empty stomach to avoid cramps. But especially for distance, it'll just hit me a few minutes and all I can think about is food.
I was a skelly when I started lifting. You need to eat wayyyy more than you think you do. Eat atleast 4 big meals a day. What you eat doesn’t matter as long as it’s food. Try to get in atleast 3000 cals a day and 1,5x grams your bodyweight in protein. Do ppl for a year and you will be fit.

Look to nothing other than starting strength. You can put 30lbs on in about 12 weeks if you eat and lift.

Eat and do basic compound lifts till you 1/2/3/4. Might take a year.
When I do bulk, it goes to my stomach.
