the only things I specifically do for shoulders are landmine rows and some lateral raises.

the front gets hit plenty from shit like bench and you don't really need to worry about it.

don't have any close ups of it besides on weird snorkeling selfies, posted my shoulders to demonstrate I'm not talking out of my ass.

Yeah your front delts look like shit compared to the rest of your body. Same shit happened to me I fell for the meme too

What about rear delts? I don't really feel them working when I do rows, am I fucking up?

you physically aren't able to row without using them in some capacity so it's pretty fool proof.

they're just as developed as any other part of my shoulders, also nice no body posted, nothing you say has any value, this includes every other poster in this thread that hasn't posted themselves.

          >they're just as developed as any other part of my shoulders
You're on straight copium my friend. I wish I had some of that.
Your laterals are significantly more developed than your fronts. I don't even know how that's a discussion.
And I was mostly referring to other parts of your body such as chest/arms anyway. But if that's how you like to cope, then go ahead.

        >why isn't your chest showing in a pose that's supposed to emphasize the shoulder and deemphasize the chest.

        Anonymous

and why are dumbbells better than barebell for bench press? it's the exact same shit. dumbbells are superior.

What could he have done to not look like that?

    Better pecs? abs?

Or was it just unavoidable bc of loose skin

nothing, he's literally just spreading his lats to fake his width and has decently long clavicles, neither is impressive.

No anon I mean why does he look so fucking bad without a shirt and how do you avoid that.

          Anonymous

because he doesn't work out, he didn't do 'OHP only' or any extensive shoulder work out, his shoulders are not developed at all, it is literally just bone you're looking at.

how to avoid looking like that? by actually working out.

i literally just do pushups, used to do pull ups but girls i talk to find big chests not attractive, the most important features they all agree with are tall, lean and t-shaped, nothing else matters

when girls say they don't like big chests, they mean steroid induced chests, you're never going to have a huge chest naturally unless you're one of those weirdos with super lower chest insertions (picture related)
