So you ran a novice program at a deficit, made no gains for MONTHS, then switched to an intermediate powerlifting program? And your goal is to look good not just be strong?

Go back to the starting block. Run a higher volume program like GZCLP while eating around maintenance calories. Do some light cardio two or three times a week. If your lifts stall, add 100-200cal/day. Come back in six months.

I feel like losing another 10 lbs is the most I can do. If I lose 20 lbs I'll be 115 lbs which is way too little. I just don't know when's the point to stop cutting and focus more on making up for the fat in muscle instead. On the other hand I feel like trying to gain muscle will just make everything worse because you have to gain weight to gain muscle. If I was overweight this would he a simple matter but I'm average weight and can't afford to lose the amount that would make me lean idk. Do I keep cutting until I'm underweight?
