Forearms about grip strength mah nigga brother. Anything that increases that will aid in forearm aesthetics. Farmer carry or just gripping as heavy plates as you can.
Couldn't pinch 45s at all I tried 10lbs and was able to do 1 minute. Sweaty hands made me drop it though. I'll add this to my daily routine thanks. Do people just grip the holes on the big plates for this exercise or does that not focus the right muscles?

No look up plate pinches. Have to grip it with your fingers not hold with the plate holes. Deadhangs help too

Yep. Once one group of muscles gets big enough it really exposes weaknesses in others. Best of luck nagger

Indirectly targeting forearms is better. Way easier to overload them and force growth.
So if I just hold 45's in my hands that can grow my forearms? Do I hold them in front of me or my sides?
