I'm thinking of running Tactical Barbell's base building program but it has 30 minutes of endurance training as a minimum several times per week. I read somewhere that 30 minutes is the limit at which you start to develop runner's face. seems to agree.
It’s more when it makes you so lean that you lose too much fat from your face. When you lose the fat around the oribitals it ages you. Same thing affects roiders ie bumstead
If your under age 23 then no amount can age you, if you're over age 26 and losing buccal fat than anything below 11% body fat
I'm in my early 30's and I need to lose facial fat/get more lean. It's not the only reason to do cardio and not even the most important one - I need cardio for keeping up my mood, and my focus at work - but I worry about its effects. Any advice?
I'm not on gear but I guess if I have to get below 12% to have a lean face I have to accept that I can only choose between runner's face or babyface. In that case I think babyface is preferable. Thanks, anon.
>Red eyes
There's just so many ways that black people are cursed. Like little detail shit like red eyes. What kind of god thinks of that? It's just fucked

It's partially true. You have to skincaremaxx, and lift religiously on top of all the running. Ideally find an indoor track/treadmill when it is hot as balls in the summer. Tough path, but doable.
You are aging all the time and you are going to die one day.
cope
I think if you run more than a couple of miles a day you are really fucking yourself. Especially outside.
Liss indoors 30 min tops

You don’t need to worry. It’s only a problem if you’re on gear or you get really lean, like sub 12% bodyfat

Is 12 even "really lean"?

CBum looks fine
No, training outside is what ages you. This guy is running 300km a week in the African sun, of course he looks older than the average 23 year old.
IT’S THE SUN DAMAGE. /THREAD
it's both
Running is inflammatory as fuck and increases oxidative stress, show me a runner who looks good naked.
Just do low intensity swimming, HIIT and powerwalking - save your knees and in the case of HIIT increase your growth hormone levels to combat aging.
So the issue is lack of oxygen in the cell? exercising with an oxygen machine should fix that then.
It doesn't unless you run 300km/week like this guy did. This is he the third time you post this. How many until you stop?
