i think studies have shown that asians are especially strong squatters (and things akin to squats) because they tend to have shorter femurs for their total height? i vaguely remember reading about this. it could be a factor as to why the idea of the "asian squat" (similar to the "slav squat") is a thing. it probably isn't a coincidence how asian oly lifters seem to consistently do well. i'm unsure if there's much representation or storied accolades in powerlifting.

I'm natural, look at my SHBG and free testosterone. If you knew anything about testosterone/steroids you would realize straight aay that this is natty bloodwork.

Half chinese(village spoke cantonese) and half english/scottish.
I got lucky, but my half asian cousins look more white than asian too so idk what's going on.

I have short torso +long limbs.

in my experience asian guys tend to have a harder time putting on muscle mass, but can be crazy strong for their size
one of my friends in HS was an asian guy who was about 5'7 150lbs but could bench 3 plates and deadlift 5 plates
