I'm sure any brand is better than nothing and I'll probably just end up buying the most popular one on Amazon, but it'd be nice to get ksm 66 or whatever at a good dose for 10-15 dollars a month.

I doubt KSM is worth it. Just get the root powder and maybe one with a higher than 5% extract the usual is 2% so not a big deal to get patented.
You need 600mgs of a patented Ashwagandha extracts like ksm-66
If you just get ground Ashwagandha root powder you need way more.
Any brand recommendations that are as cheap as possible but also have the good stuff? Shopping for supplements is pure aids.
I'm taking ksm-66 and it literally has ZERO effect. Complete and total 0% difference. Not even the slightest impact to any direction whatsoever. Single-handedly the most useless supplement and biggest waste of money.
It worked for me - I've read it here that the effects mostly only manifest in high blood pressure individuals
it reduces cortisol
if you're not high on cortisol chronic stresser (acute stress is mostly good), then it likely won't do much in the short run.
It's something that improves homeostasis, so only after a long while (if you're a relatively healthy person) will you notice you've not lost your temper like you would've have before. It increases sophrosyne, which isn't noticeable, as we don't notice things that don't bother us.
Sure this is a good point. I was gonna say that I didn't notice any benefit from taking d vitamin either even though it is very important. Well the reason for that was that when I got my bloodwork done my d vitamin levels were "naturally" (summer, sun, healthy diet etc) very high. So I didn't notice any difference from supplementing it because I was never deficient to begin with.
took 71 pills since august 19th root extract 400mg per pill withanolides 20mg per pill. after like 2 weeks im noticably less stressed and the sleep is a bit better.
The fuck is this voodoo ass ‘erb. I aint fuckin with that African ritual crack.

Did you even bother to check the IP count you retarded nagger-homosexual.
In my experience higher doses on Nac are good for this. Around 3000mg and up, fasted 2 hours before and an hour after. Vulcan mode.
Nac?
I thought you needed 600mg for a good dosage for ashwagandha

I get ash and shilajit for 10 bucks and they last more than a month
Is ash, shilaji, and tongkat the ultimate supp stack?
Didn’t try tongkat, but shilajit is great. I take one capsule of 500 mg in the morning and results are awesome
