The easiest way to do this is get a bucket, and put it in a bigger tub. Fill the bucket completely with water, like all the way until like a small bump will spill it, next make sure that the tub is dry. Finally, slowly and carefully, stick your arm into the bucket until your arm if completely underwater. (This should push an amount of water out of the bucket and into the tub) If you can fit your whole arm then get a bigger bucket. Once you do that slowly pull it back out, be very careful not to splash. Now, remove the bucket from the tub and weigh the tub, if you don't have an easy way to do that, weigh yourself and then weigh yourself holding the tub and compare the difference. Next you need to dump out the tub and dry it and weigh it again, and find the difference, this is the weight of the water. If you have the weight in pounds then multiply it by 27.68 and that will tell you the arm volume in cubic inches. If you have the weight of water in kilograms, multiply by 1000 and that's the arm volume in cubic centimeters.
