Yes they are, especially during work/class/some other time where you can't reasonably eat food.

Premier Protein chocolate flavour is a god-send. I will die on this hill. It is the best tasting, best textured protein shake I've ever had in the past 20 years of lifting and it's not even CLOSE. I actually look forward to it - it tastes that good.

Every 6 months or so I'll go to Costco and buy 10 cases of it. I drink 3 a day in addition to my normal diet. No bloat, no gas, no indigestion.

Premier protein is the savour of gains. Literally all protein powder I've tried over the past two decades is shit compared to it.

Do yourself a favor, anon. Try it. The only downside: it's expensive.

      10x12 = 120
      120 ÷ 3 = 40
      6 months = 182 to 183 days
math isnt adding up, this guy is a fibber

3 a day is gonna do some damage longterm - I'm thinking kidneys and/or bones. There will consistently be so much nitrogen in your piss that algae will grow in the toilet bowl.

I started buying these after James English said its the only protein that doesnt fuck up his stomach - i am usually shitting my ass off after any kinda dairy but i dont with this, not sure why but I havent had any issues adding 1-2 a day to my diet. Aside from the recent recall for some bacteria on some flavors, i think, no issues ive ever heard of with it

literally buy any protein which has lactase in its ingredients
it's the enzyme your body sucks at producing, they just include it in it

The coffee flavored ones with a little caffeine are something I occasionally buy, walmart makes a knockoff but I just grab a 4 pack of premier occasionally since I don't actually drink shakes often really.

the coffee are good. I have stole a few from mummy before. I don't like caffeine much. But during a cut if your in a pinch (for some retarded reason), the protein from the shake and the appetite suppressant from the caffeine basically calls it a meal to me.

    >Pros
Don't have to be stored in the fridge
Can drink them hot (doesn't taste that good)
Tastes VERY good cold. The chocolate one is like a milkshake
Is so refined that it's well tolerated by most people
    >Cons
    It's expensive

you can get 4 cups for $5 and that's in leafland so probably cheaper wherever you are

The only reason i dont drink this is that it IS expensive. $9 in nyc. Gotta drink half the carton… Not a good deal. Good for adding protein to things. Not economical as a primary source.

Those premier shakes cost me about $1.20 each. 3 shakes = 1 carton or $3.60 for three. A carton of egg whites costs about $5 here iirc.

    WhatGrip?WhatStock?

In terms of nutrient timing, nitrogen, anabolic window, yada yada yada...

Post workout, is there any appreciable difference between whey concentrate from a Premier Protein shake vs the milk "protein" in a fair life 30 gram shake?

Let's hope not, you shouldn't put things with a too high or low ph into your body
