            there's no secret, your body either responds to the training or it doesn't
            if you aren't a newbie you should know how to perform exercises for your shoulder and have a good gist of how much volume you need to get a good pump and or sore

                With a good row variation it will be enough. But remember than shoulders respond best to higher volume and low rest training. What I did to get good shoulders(which might have been 100% genetics or the swim training I do) is military press 5x5, weighted dips 5x5, front raise+side raise super setted 4x15, rows 5x5 and face pulls 3x10-15. If they dont grow while doing this and eating at a very slight surplus ur doomed. Make sure to push yourself though, shoulders can handle a beating.

      No. You cannot change your frame through roiding. The best you can get is larger deltoids which will not fix the problem with your frame.

    You can build your shoulders up to look more rounded and ball shaped, sure.
    What is genetic, and effects the look the most, is how high your trap inserts are.
    Higher trap inserts will make your shoulders look lower than your traps, and you will need much bigger shoulders to flatten out your frame and look as we as you are.
    Zyzz is a good example of high trap inserts. He has big shoulders, but he doesn't look like he has wide broad shoulders because his traps are so fucking high up and create a negative V shape.
    I have the same issue, to a lesser degree, but I like having big looking traps for less work, and I dont mind shoulder targeting lifts, so w/e

        Depends how severe your body dysmorphia is.
        Go look at bodybuilders before 1935 (when anabolic steroids were first synthesised).
        Would you be happy with their bodies?
        If yes, then no roids.
        If no, then roids and all the problems that come with them.

        I would personally never touch the stuff, but Im also okay with not being a mass monster.

    It is easy to cope by blaming the lack of genetics like my friend did. When I went with him to the gym, 9 out of ten times his form was messed up, and in chest/tricep exercises it emphasises the front delt. When your front delt is over developed in contrast to your side, rear delt and perhaps even lats, imo it makes your delt even seem smaller and weird looking. Instead of coping with the genetics meme (not neglecting it entirely) try to work out your delts evenly and pay attention to your form when performing other exercises

      The size of your clavicles cannot be changed by resistance exercise. Your skeleton has reached its maximum size by time you are an adult. The only parts of measurements such as shoulder circumference are those related to muscle mass (including back muscle mass and pec mass).

      He still has the same frame as before. The only thing that has changes is his muscle mass which many people subconsciously interpret as the frame changing. Anglefrauding and posing can be used to present the illusion of larger shoulders. This is considering that if the picture on the left was young enough, then his skeletal proportions still could have increased between that time and adulthood. So the comparison picture in essence makes zero arguments as I do not know either the difference in ages.
