    In my expirience it will only give you a crazy pump, and maybe increase muscle endurance.
    Some specific professional athletes (armwrestlers) vouch for it.
    So if you are not training your muscles for some crazy static endurance it is probably a waste.

    BFR has long been used to treat people with injuries and especially old people to help against age related atrophy and the pump you get from it is otherwordly.

    Does it compare to actually working out? No, because tension is king, even if the metabolic markers in your muscles tell you that you are experiencing a lot of tension, actual tension is still better.

    Should you do it? I personally believe you can only benefit from using it since the stimulus to fatigue ratio you will get from it is unlike anything else. You just have to actually be so disciplined to do the home workout and be ready to experience the pain every day or as close to every day as your recovery allows. The great thing from minimal muscle tear is that you can train that muscle more often.

    How to program? You just do your usual workout routine and when you get home you do nucleus overload 4 sets of 25 reps with babyweight for the muscle groups you wanna grow.

    It's only good if you want an area to be more visibly vascular because it makes a lot of veins in the area walls blow out and go varicose.

    yes the best one to try is the classic and time tested plastic garbage sack secured tightly around the head with a band. When you get light headed you know it is working right!
