It isnt that bad, you have to add more water (30 or 40% more) than you would for whey protein, but other than that pea protein is perfectly adequate, this board has a hatred of non-animal alternatives - and pea protein is a little worse - but you'll be fine

Its just an expensive energy drink. Best use for bcaa's is put it in your drink as an energy drink during your workout. Don't fall for the high best proteine meme. bcaa can even slow your proteine intake after a workout.
