If you do heavy compounds you can probably start seeing abs while in auschwitz mode, if you want to see them without starving yourself to the point of losing all other gains you've made you need to isolate them

depends on genetics and how well you've built them. and even then depends on what you consider seeing. dehydrated with top down lighting and seeing a modest outline? a lot higher than walking around in bad lighting after a meal and having them popping
If I flex and contort my body in the right way I can see the outline of the top couple at somewhere around 27% bodyfat (navy)
It depends on the size and how lean you are I’m guessing. No real point in saying you are going to have them at X%

I should always do the opposite of what you homosexuals say because my abs have never been better since I added actual core work to my routine twice a week. You dumb fucks ought to train your abs because they support your body just as much as your back does. Not to mention they won't be big and defined unless you do the work.
