Depends what your definition of high calories is but I like running so I get to eat a lot. In the midst of 60+ mile weeks I have consecutive 4500-5000 calorie days. Find a form of cardio you can tolerate that elevates your heart rate and do it for a bit. You’ll make it.
Yo man I'm fucking terrified. I'm going into corporate retard job and I'm scared of becoming fat retard like everybody else. Im considering practicing caloric restriction more as opposed to dedicating my life to exercise like I want to
I work in a corporate white collar job on a computer all day. Generally get off work around 3-330, either workout or run. Either one takes about an hour and a half. Eat dinner then have the rest of the night for whatever. Long runs Saturday morning burn a lot of calories.
Ultimately you have to make a decision whether you care about fitness or just want to be thin. If you care about fitness get it in before work if you have plans after. Be kind to yourself for a couple weeks while adjusting to the schedule but after 2 weeks lock in a workout and/or cardio plan.
Thank you so much man. I'll get used to doing things in the morning before work. It's just that my commute will be long asf and the hours are gonna be dogshit(audit)
Might have to Onassis max lol
Find a gym close to where you work, take your shit with you and hit it on way home or before work, whichever is easier. You’ll figure it out. It’s definitely worth it to keep your fitness up if you can but if it doesn’t work, find a diet/fasting routine that you can stick to.
How high is high? When I played rugby and trained like, 5-6 days a week on top of biking everywhere during university I was eating 3500 to 4500 kcals daily and still losing weight.
My brothers were fat as teenagers and one summer, they started using the treadmill for 2 hours a day, no days off, at 3 miles an hour and a 10 degree incline. This was in 120 degree heat in southern California garage. They didn't change their diet, but got hella thin.
Yeah i had a job once where we had different outdoor projects each 2-3 weeks and on some of them i could eat whatever and still shred weight. I mean shit like pasta and peanutsauce with ungodly amounts of parmesan on top and stuff like that all day everyday. I would pass out after dinner and sleep from say 8pm until 6am no problem. One example was that we built a "natural" dam out in some rough terrain. We had to hike in, lift stones all day, then hike out. I ate like a fuckin horse and slept like a baby for two straight weeks.
