Am i gonna die?

Anons, am i gonna die? I started getting cramps in my chest around the heart area during some exercises like deadlift. I also get alot more cramps than i used to. Im 22, 80kg 5 11 ,120kg bench PR (i had to flex sry), not on juice, not vaxxed. I do take creatine and i have started smoking recently

        make sure you're drinking enough water (gallon a day if you're taking creatine)
        also eat more potatoes and bananas for potassium
        might just be muscle cramping in your chest area, or the muscles around your ribs
        don't sweat it, relax, take deep breaths and consciously relax your body
        also get over your fear of death, there is nothing to lose

          1 protein powder scoop per day, some omega3, d3, zinc, magnesium supplements
          Other than that its just normal homemade easter europe stuff (mom's cuisine). I have been eating chocolate this week, but i usually dont eat much sweets. Oh yeah i also started drinking coffee before gym.

            Replace supplements with nutrient dense food. Get sunlight exposure instead of taking a d3 supplement. 150g beef liver twice a week should provide all the benefits you get from the supps, and more. Omega3 is a meme. Hope your cramps go away bro

    1. You strained a muscle in your chest and it's cramping after any activaiton at all
    2. You may have some kind of aoortic issue

      Cramping of random musclrs started during a cut/fast i did in july. I have been on a slight bulk for a month now. Cramps around my heart started this week. Not sure abou bf%. Im 180cm 80kg, kinda muscular, so somewhere around 15-20% (picrel, me)

    That's not a cramp, Anon. That's angina from a lack of oxygenated blood getting to your heart and causing damage. Go see a doctor. And stop smoking.

      But it feels like a cramp, no pressure or tightness. I also get them in other parts of the body when im in a slightly uncomfortable possition.
