Well the way I do OMAD is basically I make 3 or 4 separate dishes that a normal (So non-obese) person would consider a meal, ideally fitting daily macros. (and my calorie total of 2500)
And then I just...eat it all in one sitting.
It's pretty easy considering I'm a former fatass, so instead of pigging out 3-4 times a day like before, I just do it once and call it good.
