          tbh biking leading to acl injuries is pretty rare atleast according to my physio, which is the reason why the ortopilogs misdiagnosed and thought it was a hamstring injury at first before MRI came

    Did you have reconstruction done? Try running in water sometimes there’s even aqua cycling classes. It sucks but they do help. At least for me

      Might try this, already replaced running with swimming. Hopefully they got that in my club
