Yes and that dude could very well be natty, considering he's got no shoulders or traps.
I don't know what would push you to want to look like him, though, his pecs look all fucked up and his muscles are incredibly unbalanced.

100% yes. Natty limit for shitty genetics, achievable in 2 or 3 years for average genetics, achievable in about a year for good genetics. This is a physique anyone can achieve unless they have some horrible hormonal issue

Kek this is a vast underestimate for time frames but yes this is an attainable natty physique for someone over a long period of time if sustained effort towards reaching this body not just a few years

No and the reason why I say no because it is with 99,999999999999999999999% certainty not achieved by you or others going to the gym. I've said before and I say it again, it's like asking if it's achievable to run 100m sub 10s. Yes it is, will you do it though? No.

And the fact that you need to ask this already tells you the answer, you know it too. People that go to the gym don't look like that. Average gymcels don't look like that. And when I'm saying "average", I mean >99% of people you see inside the gym don't look like that. And they are inside the gym, training. The only people that look like that are roiders and people who played 15 years hockey/football and now have been lifting 10-15 years "full-time".

You can have a physique that at glance (by normies) will look similar but this takes for most people 10+ years of training. Simply because we cant realistically just start today and train flawlessly for the next 3-5 years to absolute perfection never missing a single gram of protein, a workout session etc. During the next 5 years you will most likely take many breaks, completely quit lifting, get back into it, train like a retard, not train like a retard etc.

There is a reason literally no one looks like this after 2-3 years but it's idiots like him who have been training for 6 months that now extrapolate their gains on babby euphoria and think this is possible.

        >cant not miss a single gram of protein or a workout session
uhmm yea u can, ive never missed a workout in the past 3 years and my food is always high in protein I can’t miss it. Maybe you’d make gains if you weren’t a weak willed bitch.

No, meet me in the gym's changing room, just yell "BOY I SURE HOPE NOBODY PUTS ANYTHING ON MY BUTT TODAY", if you hear somebody saying "our sad reached us not to be ashamed of our penis" apriach that man and tell him Dan the man sent you, hell give you the goods for a good price.

Don't listen to demoralizing homosexuals. It's achievable, if you put on the work.
