Obviously harder the bigger and taller you are (don’t see many big guys doing these and the tall ones are usually turbo otter mode at best). But worth learning in my opinion especially since you can’t always get to a gym travelling and stuff
Jokes on you there have been many big guys in martial arts (judo/etc) that can do these, you guys aren't just trying as hard enough. Even old time strongment oftentimes thought of the importance of handbalancing as part of their acts.
Just do hindu push ups as a warm up, elbow stands and frogstands, dips are also good for handstands, learn to stand on parallettes.... Simple progression.
But I can though. I’ve been working on it for a year. The balance is harder than the push-up

100kg and 188cm, i can do 5 wall supported. I just lack balance. How do you progressively overload balance?

The majority of IST weighs over 200lb (real men) so yes, of course the majority can't OHP 2pl8.
It can't directly translate. I can do 5 off a wall at 100kg and my max seated press is 85kg.
Probably becouse handstand pushups don't allow you full ROM except you use equipment or books.
