I eat this meal twice a day:
> 3/4 cup rice
> 350g chicken thighs
> broccoli
> 1 liter milk
Each meal is 1700 calories, so that's an easy 3400/day in two pretty easy to eat meals. Then I just add an extra liter of milk if I'm bulking.

It's easy, you just have to eat fast and use the milk to wash it down. I only feel totally fucked-up and full ~10 mins after I'm done.

The only way that worked for me was a calorie counting app. I eat 2800 a day minimum and went from 130 to 168 so far.

You need to count your calories, also liquid calories seem to go down easier for me

Drink your calories. Smoothies and shakes will help the good go down easier. Also consume more calories over time, not all at once. Ex: if you normally eat 1800kcal, add 100kcal every week until you hit like 3000kcal then maintain your bulk.
