You're stronger than most people. Try higher weight lower reps.

You got the muscle it's just buried. Do more reps to cut through the fat. But at the end of the day you could be in worse shape by far.
The issue here is you haven't commited, either go full builtfat and work on a lower rep higher weight or commit to a long cut and get shredded.

i used to do strength programming in the past and i barely got stronger, i just have weak trash genetics
You're problem is you are doing low weight high reps, for your body do higher weights, 5 reps/1 rep max. Stop blaming your genetics and actually try.
