you're avoiding the question because you know you didn't do the program. the program goes: you calculate your TM, you do the prescribed number of reps at the prescribed percentages for 3 weeks, you take an optional deload week, then you increase your training max and do it over. you gave up before you got to raise your TM.
it's true that most practitioners of 5/3/1 recommend supplemental and assistance sets, but it's not rocket science. you could do 5x10 at 40-60% of your TM (commonly called Boring but big), or 5x5 at your % of the first set (called FSL for First Set Last)

6 months twice is 52 weeks, that's 17 cycles of 3 weeks. let's say 15 if you decided to take a deload week every other cycle. you should have increased your TM that many times, by 5 lbs for upper body lifts and 10 lbs for lower body, for a total of increase of 75 lbs and 150 lbs to your TMs. but you obviously did not do that because you obviously did not actually do the program
