I'm just over a month into my weight loss (-11lb) and I occasionally get fast food. I just get way less than I would when I was eating like a huge fatass. Hard to quit cold turkey. Eventually you should aim to eliminate fast food though. I'm weaning myself off of it. The calorie limit is all-important. Not to be broken for any reason.
If you just eat animal products like meat eggs and dairy, it goes away in three days or less.

Just think of the cravings/hunger pangs as fat leaving the body. It helped me and the more I felt it the more fat I lost. See the cravings as a sign your diet is working and learn to almost enjoy the feeling
