I've been training for 15 years. After the first 5 or so you're just making minor improvements. You're definintely not gonna put on 50 lbs of solid mass and increase your bench by over 100, especially in your mid 30s.

No. The human body has a limit. You're not able to infinitely make gains, even minor ones. He benches 500+ in his mid-30s, while he was unable to bench 400 just a few years ago. He is not natural and the sooner you accept it, the better.
